Batman McFarlane DC Multiverse Classic 1960’s TV Series Version

Huge thanks to masterversal_toyhunter for the heads up that McFarlane just released thier first look at the Batman figure based based on the classic 1960’s TV Series. The 1960s Batman television series aired from January 12, 1966, to March 14, 1968, on the ABC network. It starred Adam West as Bruce Wayne/Batman and Burt Ward as Dick Grayson/Robin. The show was known for its campy style, colorful visuals, and humorous tone, which contrasted with the darker and more serious depictions of Batman in later adaptations. We are hoping to get a closer look at the figure live at SDCC 2024.

The Batman television series closely resembles the costume design from the 1960’s. The lighter blue outlines on the eyebrows and nose pay homage to this classic design. The paint app on the mask is also two-toned and features a very cool set of hands so you can recreate some iconic poses!
