Dark Trooper Star Wars Vintage Collection Shipping Early and Preorder

Special thanks to chaztheguru via the surveillance_port, the Star Wars Vintage Collection Dark Trooper preorder will be landing in collector’s hands as early as December 29, 2022 from Amazon! Originally slotted as a March 2023 release, Amazon has got their shipment early and will be releasing it from their clutches on December 24, 2022, which will make it into collector’s hands by December 29.
Dark Trooper
These third generation units were seen in The Mandalorian series and were deployed on Tython to retrieve Grogu after he was brought to the seeing stone. These Dark Troopers were equipped with jet boosters in their feet to enable in-atmospheric flight and were capable of launching directly from a cruiser, as opposed to having to be deployed in a troop transport. Later, when the Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin and his allies attempted to rescue Grogu from Gideon’s light cruiser, the Moff activated his dark trooper platoon, though the entire garrison was eliminated by Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.

Revealed back in June 2022, The Dark Trooper went up for preorder and he is ready to army build! He is a deluxe figure and is packed in a windowless box.
To quote Darth Vader of all people, the accessories pack-out is “most impressive.” You get a Dark Trooper, his charging bay with hoses that attach to his chest, a pair of alternate hands, a pair of thrusters that attach to his feet, and his rifle.
The Dark Trooper fits nice and snug in the charing station and you can see the hose detail and the red accents that add to the realism. You can also see how the hoses attach to the Dark Troopers chest.
It appears that the charging station comes apart in three pieces, possibly to fit in the box.
Depending on how deep your pockets are or how large your shelf is, the charging station is modular so you can connect as many of them together.
