I’m thrilled to share a closer look at the Transformers Age of The Primes Fireflight and Skydive figures, courtesy of our friends at Big Bad Toy Store, who generously sent these over for review! It’s always exciting to get hands-on with new additions to the Autobot ranks, and these two iconic Aerialbots do not disappoint. Both figures capture that vintage G1 flavor while updating the sculpts with sharp detailing and modern articulation, making them great pieces for anyone building out their Combiner teams. If you’re looking to complete your set, you can order Fireflight, Skydive, and the rest of the team that forms Superion directly from Big Bad Toy Store. Huge thanks again to BBTS for making this review possible and for continuing to support collectors like us with amazing Transformers releases!

The packaging showcases the Transformers Age of the Primes Aerialbot Fireflight figure in his red and white color scheme with crisp jet detailing and Autobot insignias on the wings. The front displays Fireflight in robot mode alongside dynamic artwork of his jet form, emphasizing his 17-step transformation and role as one of five figures that combine to form Superion. The back highlights both his jet and robot modes with transformation details.

The side panel art features Superion, the combined form of the Aerialbots, depicted in vivid detail with a metallic color palette and sharp contrast that brings out the mechanical complexity of the gestalt. His design showcases angular armor plating, a commanding red visor, and massive weaponry.

The figure features a clean red, white, and black color scheme with crisp blue chest detailing that captures Fireflight’s classic Aerialbot look. The sculpt highlights angular armor lines and a well-proportioned head sculpt with a silver faceplate and blue visor, while his twin blasters add symmetry to his pose. From the back, the jet nose and wings fold neatly into place, displaying Autobot insignias on the wings accented by yellow and blue stripes.

Fireflight’s jet mode is sleek and compact, with a bright red fuselage accented by white wings that feature yellow and blue striping and Autobot insignias near the tips. The cockpit area is painted in metallic silver with a black nose cone, while twin blasters attach under the wings to complete his aerial form. From below, the transformation seams are neatly integrated, with his chest panels and arm sections folding flush against the body, keeping the overall design cohesive and aerodynamic.

Skydive
The packaging displays the Transformers Age of the Primes Aerialbot Skydive in bold red and gray tones, with striking box art that shows him in both robot and jet modes. The front highlights Skydive in the window with his F-16-inspired jet soaring below, while the side graphic emphasizes his stoic expression and armored build.

This side panel features the same Superion artwork as seen on Fireflight’s packaging, showcasing the combiner in full detail to tie the Aerialbot team together visually within the Age of the Primes line.

Skydive features a striking mix of red, black, and gray with bold yellow and black wing accents that display crisp Autobot insignias. His sculpted chest and helmeted head with an orange faceplate give him a sharp, classic Aerialbot look, while the jet nose forms a streamlined backpack. He has duel blasters like Fireflight and from the rear, the compact wing integration keeps his robot mode balanced and cohesive.

In jet mode, Skydive takes the form of a compact gray aircraft with black and yellow wing accents and a black cockpit. The red torso section integrates smoothly into the underside of the jet, keeping the overall silhouette tight. Twin blasters mount neatly beneath the wings, while the Autobot insignias on each wing panel add a clean finishing touch to his streamlined Aerialbot design.
