Hordak takes on a strange Upside Down-inspired color scheme while still rocking his classic MOTU harness, and he’s armed with a fiery Hellfire Sword along with his signature bat accessory. Facing him down is Hellfire-Man, a wicked take on the Hellfire Club brought to life, featuring a demonic sculpt with jagged horns, spiked armor, and blazing orange skin. He’s kitted out with a guitar-inspired axe and the Mace of Fate, making this crossover clash unlike anything we’ve seen in Eternia before.

Hordak is cast in deep translucent midnight blue with a glow in the dark head that sits inside a translucent dome, wielding his mace along with a glow in the dark Horde accessory. His classic red Horde emblem pops against his dark armor and flowing cape. Standing across from him is Hellfire-Man, with bright orange/red skin, horned head, and spiked shoulder armor, shown brandishing a massive flaming sword.

Hellfire-Man is posed like he’s tearing up a solo, gripping his jagged red-and-black guitar-axe while throwing up a rock hand sign with his other hand. The sculpt makes it look like he’s mid-performance, his horned head tilted and teeth bared as if he’s letting out a scream to match the riff. From the side, the guitar is slung low across his body, adding to that heavy metal vibe as he faces off against Hordak, who’s holding his glowing bat aloft.

Hellfire Club Backstory

In Stranger Things, The Hellfire Club was a Dungeons & Dragons group at Hawkins High led by Eddie Munson, with several members also playing in his band Corroded Coffin, while Dustin, Mike, and Lucas belonged to another D&D party. In March 1986, Eddie introduced the “Cult of Vecna” campaign, and when a series of murders soon followed in Hawkins, Dustin and his friends dubbed the killer “Vecna,” drawing from the game. Fellow student Jason Carver accused Eddie of being responsible and spread the belief that the Hellfire Club was a Satanic cult, an idea that quickly gained traction among townspeople and the media, who later depicted Eddie as a cult leader after his death. The club, often made up of outsiders or “lost sheep” as Eddie described, offered members camaraderie and a sense of protection in exchange for loyalty to game nights, with members wearing white raglan shirts emblazoned with the Hellfire logo. Their sessions took place in the school’s drama room, complete with stage lights, curtains, and props that gave their campaigns a theatrical atmosphere.

The Hellfire Club logo from Stranger Things ties perfectly into the weapons packed with the figures. The flaming sword seen in the emblem is brought to life with Hellfire-Man’s blazing blade, while the spiked mace hanging from the chain shows up in Hordak’s arsenal. Even the sinister demon face in the center of the logo echoes Hellfire-Man’s own sculpt with his horned head and snarling expression.
