Special thanks for chaztheguru for taking the time to call out the VC numbers on this wave:

Jedi Survivor
Cal Kestis
Cal Kestis is a member of the Scrapper Guild located on Bracca, where he works as a rigger — a specialization in the guild that involves setting up demolition and salvage equipment. The work is dangerous and physically demanding; riggers are agile, expert climbers without exception. Quiet and hard-working, Cal is well-liked in the guild but generally keeps to himself. The only real friend he has is Prauf, an older Abednedo.

The Mandalorian
Klatooinian Raider
Klatooinians were sentient humanoids with skin that ranged in color from green to brown. They had imposing brows and toothy overbites that gave them menacing appearances. Their strong builds and resilient features made it easy for them to find work across the galaxy as bounty hunters and hired muscle, though more than one had found themselves sold into slavery for a variety of reasons. A ruthless gang that preys on the defenseless krill farmers of Sorgan, the Klatooinian raiders steal the bountiful crops harvested from the water-logged growing pools.

Luke Skywalker (Imperial Light Cruiser)
After growing up, he eventually became part of the fight against the Galactic Empire, having a key role in its’ downfall in 4 ABY. It is unclear what he did after that, but sometime in 9 ABY, he was contacted by Grogu meditating in some rocky ruins on Tython, seeking a fellow force user. Not long after, Luke was able to locate the child on Gideon’s Light Cruiser. Arriving on the cruiser in his X-wing Starfighter, and destroy all the Dark Troopers on the ship as he made his way to the control room. There he agreed to Din Djarin that he would take Grogu as his apprentice, and promised to protect him with his life. Luke eventually settled on a forested planet where he started training Grogu. He also connected with Ahsoka Tano, whom helped him set up a new Jedi accademy.

Artillery Stormtrooper
Artillery stormtroopers, also referred to as Mortar Stormtroopers or shell troopers, were a variant of stormtrooper in the Galactic Empire that specialized in indirect fire weapons such as mortars while in the battlefield. They launched explosives of different types at a high angle to fall at precisely calculated coordinates from cover. The stormtrooper was equipped with standard stormtrooper armor, albeit with yellow markings, identically arranged to the red markings of the incinerator troopers, which denoted their specialization. Additional equipment which differentiated their kind included a yellow pauldron and a military backpack which carried ammunition like canister-shaped thermal detonators. One weapon used by the artillery stormtrooper was a collapsible Merr-Sonn Munitions Model 201 mortar.
