Following up the 200x MOTU Origins He-Man Hi Res Art Reveal, Roy Juarez is following up with the second figure in Wave 1 with the official hi res card art reveal for Stratos, the second figure from Wave 1 with stunning art work by @fetch.franciscoetchart! This new line gives us an incredible mix of nostalgia and fresh energy with a strong 200x vibe. The new card back design really leans in heavily into that distinct 200x influence with bold styling and an updated aesthetic that still feels perfectly aligned with Origins packaging collectors have come to love. Here we get a sneak peek into some additional character teases that might be coming for this line including Buzz-Off and Delora! This moment brings the whole 200x Origins story full circle, from rumor to reveal to reality, and we couldn’t be more excited to see where Mattel takes this sub-line next. Stratos Hi Res Card Art

Stratos is also packed on the new 200x style card front with the blazing Castle Grayskull background behind him. The back of the card showcases dramatic artwork of the winged warrior soaring into battle during “Sky War,” with aerial combat filling the skies and Castle Grayskull looming in the distance. We can see Delora, Skeletor and Buzz-Off making a cameo in the scene.

This image of Stratos from the MOTU Origins 200x Cartoon Collection highlights his wild and feral redesign from the animated series. His sculpt captures the more primal, muscular look of the 200x era, complete with exaggerated proportions, talon-like feet, and textured fur detail on his upper body. His signature red and blue color scheme is intact, with stylized goggles, feathered wing attachments, and dual wrist-mounted weapons that reflect the show’s tech-meets-savagery vibe. The blue loincloth, red harness, and bold wing shapes all contribute to a figure that feels dynamic and airborne even while standing still—a faithful homage to his cartoon appearance.

These close-up shots of the 200x Stratos figure from the MOTU Origins line highlight the unique joystick-style flight controls that are integrated into each of his hands. The blue grips feature sculpted control details and connect to the dark brown feathered wing extensions, giving the impression that Stratos manually pilots his own flight path using these handles—just like in the 2002 animated series.
