GI Joe Classified Series SDCC 2026 Exclusives Revealed
Stop what you’re doing, because Hasbro just pulled back the curtain on this year’s G.I. Joe Classified Series San Diego Comic-Con 2026 exclusives via Gamerant, and collectors are getting two sets that lean hard into the deep cut territory that makes these convention offerings so rewarding. First up is the Fatal Fluffies 6-inch figure set, priced at $54.99, which draws from “The Pyramid of Darkness” miniseries from the 80s, featuring those deceptively cute critters that mutate into something far less cuddly thanks to Cobra’s meddling. The packaging alone is worth talking about, designed to look like a vintage cereal box complete with activities on the back, a stylized Fluffy on the front, and even a nod to the whistle that triggers the transformation. Inside the box you get both the original and mutated Fatal Fluffies versions along with a fireball mouth attachment, tiny flame effects, a whip, a pistol, an interchangeable face, and a note from Cobra, which is the kind of detail that tells you the team behind this set genuinely understands what collectors want from a convention exclusive. The second set is Shipwreck vs Cadet Deming at $64.99, based on the iconic “There’s No Place Like Springfield” two-part episode, and it comes with two figures, Shipwreck’s parrot Polly, a Cobra helmet for Cadet Deming, and a large set piece designed for recreating that interrogation scene. Both of these sets will be available first at the Hasbro booth during SDCC and then in limited quantities on Hasbro Pulse at a later date, so even if you can’t make it to San Diego there should still be a window to grab them. I love how Hasbro continues to mine specific episodes and scenarios from the cartoon’s history for these exclusives rather than just giving us another standard version of a well-known character, because that’s exactly what convention releases should be about, rewarding the collectors who know the lore inside and out. These two sets together feel like a one-two punch of obscure brilliance, and I can’t wait to see how fast they move once they hit the floor.
Shipwreck & Cadet Deming 2-Pack G.I. Joe Classified Series SDCC 2026 Exclusive
The Shipwreck & Cadet Deming 2-Pack comes in a wide window box with a dark carbon-fiber texture and split G.I. Joe/Cobra insignia design across the top. Inside the tray, Shipwreck is packed alongside Cadet Deming with a sizable computer terminal set piece between them, plus Polly the parrot, a Cobra helmet, an alternate hair piece for Deming, and several additional accessories nestled in the plastic insert.

The back of the box features a dark blue diorama-style backdrop depicting a Cobra facility interior, with both figures staged at the included computer terminal set piece. Inset photos on the right highlight Polly the parrot in closer detail, showing the bird’s feathered sculpt and spread wings.

Shipwreck wears a gray button-down shirt with rolled sleeves, brown cargo pants with sculpted pocket and strap detail, and brown boots, with tattoos running down his forearms. Cadet Deming is outfitted in a full blue Cobra uniform with a red Cobra insignia on the chest, a black utility belt with holstered sidearms, black knee-high boots, and black gloves, and the included computer terminal set piece has a colorful grid screen with sculpted buttons and cylindrical ports across the top.

Shipwreck has a grey-haired head sculpt with a full beard and a weathered, serious expression, while Cadet Deming’s head sculpt features blonde hair and sunglasses pushed up onto her forehead. Polly the parrot has spread wings with detailed feather layering, and the computer terminal set piece features a grid-style screen, a cylindrical port on top, and sculpted panel lines across its boxy base.

Cadet Deming wears her blue Cobra uniform with a black utility belt and holstered sidearm, with her sunglasses pulled down over her eyes on this alternate head sculpt. The computer terminal set piece has sculpted fan vents and rivet details across the side panel, with cylindrical ports at the base.

Cadet Deming’s blue Cobra uniform has red piping along the shoulders and a serrated knife sheathed on her utility belt. Her black gloves have red banding at the wrists, matching the red accents throughout the outfit.

Cadet Deming’s Cobra helmet has a narrow visor slit with a yellow strip above it and a small crest detail on the crown. Black leg straps buckle around her thighs, and her boots have sculpted buckle closures at the ankle.

Cadet Deming’s alternate blonde hair piece swaps out the sunglasses look for a short, swept-back style with a white hat perched on top holding a coffee cup.

Polly the parrot perches atop the computer terminal set piece, with a pyramid-shaped green projection piece rising from one of the cylindrical ports beneath her talons. The feather sculpt carries a nice gradient from green across the body to yellow at the wingtips, and those little sculpted claws are a great touch.

Shipwreck’s white bandage snug over his grey hair, and the tattoos on his forearms have small, distinct designs that hold up well at this scale. His shirt hangs open at the collar with a white undershirt peeking through, and the belt buckle has a small sculpted emblem at the center.

Fatal Fluffies GI Joe Classified Series 6” SDCC 2026 Exclusive
The packaging features a window box with a dark carbon-fiber textured border and the Cobra insignia in the lower corner. Inside, a heavily furred figure with silver armor plating is packed alongside a generous spread of accessories, including an alternate horned head, a small Fluffy, a whip, a pistol, and a note card styled as a letter from Cobra Commander.

The back of the box is styled like a classic ’80s activity panel, packed with kid-friendly puzzles including a maze, a word search, a laser disc decoder, and a tangled-track route challenge, all tied together with a storyline about Shipwreck and Snake Eyes escaping Cobra’s sunken lair. Small illustrated figures of the Joes and Cobra troops are scattered throughout, along with a “Have a Nice Day” speech bubble from a surveillance monitor, a fun little touch.

The full spread of included accessories lays out everything in the set: two swap-out head sculpts with different expressions, a compact pistol, the whip, the fire blast effect, a pair of alternate open hands, the note card, and one small Fatal Fluffy figure. The cereal box packaging sits off to the side, and it’s a genuinely impressive amount of extras packed into this release.

The whip loops into a wide oval shape, with the segmented texture running its full length down to a tapered handle. His chest is covered in a dense fur sculpt that spills down from the mane and over the torso, contrasting nicely against the smooth, ridged armor plating on the limbs.

One of the Fatal Fluffies stands alongside the figure with a cool fire effect that you can attach to the mouth, holding a small note card signed by Cobra Commander referencing the creatures by name. The little accessory has a fun comic-accurate charm to it, and the size difference between the two really sells the scale of this figure.

The packaging is designed to look like a cereal box, with “Fatal Fluffies Puffed Beasts” splashed across the front in bold, chunky lettering above illustrated art of a horned blue creature reaching out from behind a bowl of shaped cereal pieces. A cheeky “Whistle Not Included! (Sorry!)” callout sticker sits near the bottom corner, which is a great little nod to the source material.

The figure comes equipped with a compact pistol featuring a squared-off barrel and textured grip, and the sculpted fur running down the arms has a nice coarse, matted quality that differentiates it from the smoother mane on the chest. A flexible tube runs from the belt area across the torso, adding a functional tech detail to the otherwise beast-like design.

The fire blast effect plugs directly into the open mouth, with the sculpted flame fanning out wide and tapering into smaller licks at the edges. Up close, the curved horns have a layered, ridged texture with natural segmentation running from base to tip, and the small green eye catches just enough light to stand out against the dark fur surrounding it.

The figure carries a whip with segmented sculpted detail, and the figure’s silver armor plating wraps around the shoulders, forearms, and thighs with ridged horizontal line work throughout. The head sculpt features a heavy fur mane framing a red face with glowing orange eyes, exposed fangs, and a pair of curved horns, and honestly that face is fantastic.

A fire blast effect piece plugs into the mouth, adding a nice display option for the figure. The lower legs are covered in thick, shaggy fur sculpting that transitions into silver-plated hooves, and the blue belt and knee guards break up the silver armor with a welcome pop of color.

Three Fatal Fluffies are grouped together, each featuring a dark gray body covered in finely sculpted fur texture with pink hands, feet, ears, and lower lips. The large green eyes with pink surrounding the sockets give these little creatures a ton of personality.

One of the Fatal Fluffies holds the Cobra Commander note card, and the sculpted fur texture on its stubby little arms wraps right around the fingers gripping the edges. Those oversized green eyes have a real glassy depth to them up close.
