McFarlane DC Super Powers Wave 10 Chase Figures In Hand Images

Revealed at last year’s New York Comic Con, McFarlane has put out their new Wave 10 Super Powers figures for preorder! If you ordered a case pack thru Entertainment Earth, you would have noticed that the case pack contained 6 figures, 4 that were revealed in Wave 10 and 2 Chase figures! Well those Chase figures happen to be Unmasked Batman and The Return of Superman in his black regeneration suit. Collector Joshuaizzo on Instagram was lucky enough to get his hands on these Chase figures and has posted incredible images so we can finally see what these figures look like in hand! Batman (Unmasked Chase)
Let’s take a look at the Unmasked Batman figure. This one is considered one of two “chase” figures in the wave. This is the first time we see what McFarlane is doing with a Bruce Wayne head sculpt, and I have to say he looks pretty good! This is the traditional classic blue and grey Batman.
The rest of the body is the same as the Classic Detective Batman we previously got. You can clearly see from the photos below that they just made him a little bit darker grey suit and about the same blue color cape, gloves, shorts and boots. He looks great standing next to Robin.
Superman- Return of Superman (chase)
This next chase figure is another Superman figure from the Return of Superman version in his black regeneration suit. This head sculpt is all new and looks fantastic! I love the broader head sculpt and longer hair on him as he looks how he appeared on the Return of Superman! The silver “S” on his chest and silver wrist bracers are a nice touch!
Here you can see him standing next two the latest Classic Superman from McFarlane and a vintage Super Powers Superman. You can see they reused the same body as the Wave 9 Superman minus the cape and a new head. You can see they both have that wider stance.
