Adora Coming to MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection

Leech’s MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection card art was a treasure trove of teases, which included Bow, Scorpia, and Adora! WIth Bow announced to be coming to the Cartoon Collection in Wave 26, that left Scorpia and Adora! If you missed the news we announced last week, we heard from an anonymous source that Scorpia will be coming to the Cartoon Collection, which leaves Adora. We are happy to announce that the alter ego of She-Ra, Adora, will be coming to the MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection line. His package art gives us some really cool teases for Princess of Power characters including Bow, Adora and Scorpia! As shown below, Adora was teased on Leech’s card art is a stunning homage to the She-Ra Princess of Power Filmation Episode, “Into Ethera”! Here you can see Adora holding a laser rifle as she is Force Captain Adora in the first episode of She-Ra and the Princess of Power. We also feature the talented work of Kenzo’s Creations (follow him on Instagram and sub his YouTube channel) as he created an amazing concept for what this figure could look like!

The talented Kenzo’s Creations created a stunning Cartoon Collection Adora concept, which you can see below!

Kenzo knocked this concept custom Adora out of the park! He created this beauty using using the MOTU Origins Sorceress buck, some Apoxie sculpt, Paint, and a 3D printed head by @sirihitti.

He did an amazing job paying homage to her cartoon appearance and he painted the 3D printed head to perfection!

Adora

Adora was the main protagonist in the 1980’s She-Ra: Princess of Power cartoon. She was originally a member of the evil Horde, being raised by the villainous Hordak as his own daughter. However, she eventually learns the truth of her origins and the Horde’s evil nature, leading her to rebel against them and join the resistance.

Adora is portrayed as a strong, brave, and compassionate character who fights for justice and equality. She is known for her iconic catchphrase, “For the honor of Grayskull!”, which she shouts before transforming into She-Ra.
