MASK Loyal Subjects Wave 2 + Hologram Vehicles SDCC 2026 Booth Images

We’ve been tracking the Loyal Subjects MASK line closely, from the Wave 2 preorder details to the Hologram Thunderhawk and Condor SDCC exclusives, and now we finally got to see these vehicles in person at the SDCC 2026 booth, and I can tell you they do not disappoint. The Hurricane, Gator, and Armored Assault Vehicle, better known to MASK fans as the Jackhammer, were all on display and looking fantastic, each one carrying that unmistakable Loyal Subjects approach of condensed detail and faithful design that made Wave 1 such a hit with collectors who grew up watching Matt Trakker and crew take on VENOM every afternoon. Seeing the Jackhammer in particular sitting there on the shelf just hits a nostalgia nerve that’s hard to describe if you weren’t obsessively playing with the original as a kid, and the Hurricane and Gator round things out beautifully as a wave that covers both sides of the conflict. The Hologram versions of the Thunderhawk and Condor were also on hand, giving us our first real look at how that translucent deco works in person, and from what we could see it looks sharp and should make for a killer exclusive pairing. The one absence worth noting is the Stealth Submarine, which was not on display, so we’ll have to wait a bit longer to see that one in plastic, but honestly with this much MASK goodness laid out in front of us it was hard to feel like anything was missing. Can’t wait to get these in hand and give them a proper look.

Hologram Vehicles

The full Wave 2 lineup is spread across the display shelf, with the hologram Condor and Thunderhawk in their teal and green finishes on the left, Gator’s jeep mode and Hurricane’s battle mode conversion in the center, and the Jackhammer’s black assault configuration on the right. Thunderhawk’s boxed packaging sits propped up between the vehicles, and labeled placards identify each vehicle across the front edge of the shelf.

The hologram Thunderhawk captures the Camaro’s wedge-shaped body in teal and mint green, with a fine grid pattern etched across every panel from hood to trunk. The door is open to show the interior cockpit sculpt, and a small hologram Matt Trakker figure and spare helmet sit beside the front tire.

The hologram Condor captures the motorcycle-to-helicopter conversion in green and cream, with a rotor mast and dual blades extending from the top and a pink blast effect plugged into the nose. A small hologram Brad Turner figure is molded onto the undercarriage, and the fine grid texture runs across the body panels and swept-back wing surfaces.

Wave 2

Hurricane is displayed in its battle mode configuration, with the ’57 Chevy body lifted on oversized off-road tires with chrome rims and flame deco wrapping across the teal body panels. A small Hondo MacLean figure sits in the raised gunner position behind the roof, and a set of accessories including an extra mask and blast effects are laid out below.

Hurricane’s teal ’57 Chevy body is covered in yellow and orange flame deco that wraps from the front fenders all the way back to the rear quarter panels, with fine brushstroke-style edges on each flame. The spare tire mounted on the rear bumper and the ribbed chrome trim along the tailfin are nice period-correct details for the car’s design.

Hurricane’s battle mode conversion is on full display here, with the teal roof panel flipped up to create the gunner station where Hondo MacLean sits behind a pair of mounted weapons. Missiles jut forward from the front bumper below the chrome grille, and the oversized chrome-rimmed wheels give the ’57 Chevy a lifted, aggressive stance.

Hondo MacLean’s purple and yellow color split runs down the torso with segmented ribbing on the boots, and his teal helmet has a red stripe and crest with a narrow visor slit. He’s paired with a chunky blaster and a large teal shield propped beside him on Hurricane’s rooftop platform.

The Gator is shown in both modes as the sled has been already launched from the body of the jeep.

The Gator’s orange jeep mode has a clean, boxy body with chrome headlights and chunky off-road tires on chrome rims. A coil-spring cannon is mounted behind the cab, with a projectile loaded and ready.

The Gator is shown in its orange airboat mode, with a toothed jaw sculpt running along the front and a mounted gun turret behind the cockpit. A spare helmet sits on the display surface beside the vehicle, and Dusty Hayes is seated inside wearing his silver mask and blue flight suit.

Dusty Hayes’ silver helmet has a yellow fin crest along the top and a narrow visor slit, and the blue and orange detailing on his flight suit carries over nicely to this smaller scale. Behind him in the airboat’s rear compartment, a chrome-finished engine block sits snug against the hull wall.

The Armored Assault Vehicle is displayed in its armored assault configuration, with the truck bed opened up to reveal a turret station where a small Cliff Dagger figure mans the mounted cannon. Missiles extend from the front fender, and jagged red blast effects run along the roofline, adding to the vehicle’s converted attack mode.

The AAV’s assault mode has the truck bed fully opened and elevated, with Cliff Dagger seated in the raised turret station, his arm extending past the roll bar frame. An orange engine component is tucked beneath the lifted bed shell, and purple stripe accents run along the lower bumper area.

The front gril panel is flipped down, with two blast effects are attached to the front. The tire tread has a sharp diamond-cut pattern, and the chrome hubcap has a nice shine against the gloss black body.

A close-up of the ASA’s red blast effects shows the jagged, lightning-bolt sculpt branching out from the cannon barrels, with spiky starburst clusters where the bolts originate. The white cannon barrels feed through the vehicle’s flip-up roof panel, and you can just make out the detailed cockpit interior beneath.

The truck mode has a glossy black body with chrome-hubbed tires and a Venom emblem on the rear panel.

In full battle mode, its Bronco splits open with red blast effects erupting from the front-mounted cannons. Cliff Dagger sits in the elevated gunner seat and the longer blast effects are awesome coming out of the twin guns.

The ASA’s cockpit section gets a closer look here, with  Cliff Dagger’s mask featuring its horizontal visor slits and an orange blast effect plugged into the top. His purple shirt peeks out beneath the white chest armor, and the blaster rifle has a long-barreled, chunky sculpt that fits the scale well.
