Mondo Disco Skeletor Revealed + Ice Armor He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor Preorder Info
Mondo just dropped some exciting news during their latest Toy Talk episode, and it’s a double dose of 200x goodness that should have Masters of the Universe collectors marking their calendars. First up, the 1/12 scale 200x Disco Skeletor is officially on the way, and he’ll be making his debut at Power-Con’s MOTUFest, scheduled for September 12-13 in the Greater Cincinnati area. Disco Skeletor is one of those deep cuts from the 200x era that collectors have been hoping someone would tackle in figure form, and the fact that Mondo is giving him the spotlight at a dedicated MOTU event feels like exactly the right call. On top of that, the Ice (Power) Armor He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor figures that Mondo showcased at San Diego Comic Con 2026, which we covered in our SDCC 2026 booth recap, will be going up for online sale during MOTUFest weekend. It’s a smart move by Mondo to align these releases with a convention that draws in the core MOTU audience, and I love how they’re using MOTUFest 2026 as the launchpad for Disco Skeletor. Between the Disco Skeletor reveal and the Fire Armor and Ice Armor duo hitting online sales, MOTUFest weekend is shaping up to be a significant moment for Mondo’s 200x lineup, and I’m really curious to see what the final Disco Skeletor figure looks like in hand once collectors start getting their first looks at the show.
Disco Skeletor Reveal
Disco Skeletor’s face has that classic green and orange color split, with the hood framing it nicely above the purple torso section. The organge/gold armor spreading outward from the central chest gem has a starburst pattern with raised ridges that give the whole front a layered, ornamental feel.

Hector gives a side profile look at Disco Skeletor, showing off the layered orange and gold armor and the tall golden boots with sculpted detailing running up the shins.

It’s cool to see the classic Skeletor armor like this and his boots have sculpted cuff details near the ankles. We know this is just a repaint but it’s fun to see this version.

The Havoc Staff has a great sculpt, with curving purple ram horns flanking a small skull at the top and a long shaft with raised ridged detailing. His loincloth panels hang with a layered, segmented construction that mirrors the ornamental quality of the leg armor.

200X Ice Power (Ice Armor) He-Man
Ice Power He-Man’s shield is the real showstopper here, with jagged translucent blue ice shards erupting outward from a central dark metallic hub, creating a frozen, crystalline barrier that looks like it was ripped straight off a glacier. The Power Sword matches the icy theme with a translucent blue blade tapering to a sharp point, and you can see how the fur-lined cape drapes heavily behind him, its thick gray texture cascading down past his waist.

Here’s a closer look at Ice Power He-Man’s chest armor, and that hexagonal medallion has a gorgeous frosted blue finish with a sculpted snowflake emblem recessed into the surface. The shoulder pauldrons feature ornate swirling designs with raised rivets, and the gray fur trim draped across both shoulders adds a rugged, textural contrast against all that icy metallic armor.

Here’s a closer look at the 200x Ice Power He-Man prototype, and those fur-trimmed boots with their sculpted, craggy texture have a really satisfying icy, stone-like quality to them. The small figure just behind him appears to be wearing dark armor with cyan accents on the chest piece, hinting at another 200x reveal worth keeping an eye on.

Here’s a closer look at Ice Power He-Man from the rear, and that gray fur cape has an impressively shaggy, almost real-hair texture that cascades all the way down past his calves, with individual strands catching and separating naturally rather than clumping into a stiff mass. The translucent blue ice crystals jutting from his helmet and shield have a frosted, semi-opaque quality that looks even better from this angle, where you can appreciate the jagged, irregular shapes protruding from the armor’s dark metallic base.

200X Fire Armor Skeletor
Clad in layered crimson and purple armor covered in sculpted flame motifs, Fire Armor Skeletor’s upper body is an absolute riot of translucent orange flame effects erupting from the shoulder guards, crown, and staff head, all catching that warm amber glow against the metallic gold and deep red of the ornate chest plate. His green skull face peers out from beneath that towering flame crown with a menacing grin, while the gold belt buckle features a row of tiny sculpted skulls and the loincloth panels taper into jagged, flame-shaped tips trimmed in gold.

Armed with a towering staff topped by a dragon-headed finial wreathed in translucent orange flame sculpting, Fire Armor Skeletor’s weapon has a bronzed, antiqued finish with layered rings along the shaft that give it a ceremonial, almost ritualistic look. The layered shoulder pauldrons are a gorgeous mess of angular crimson plates and gold filigree, with those translucent flame pieces curling upward and outward like living tendrils that frame his green skull perfectly.

You can see how Fire Armor Skeletor’s back is just as densely decorated as the front, with layered purple and crimson armor panels covering the spine and those translucent orange flame effects rising from the shoulder guards and crown creating a fiery silhouette from every angle. Behind him, the green seahorse-like creature with gold armor plating and turquoise gem-studded eyes sits on a bed of glossy teal-green coral, hinting at what could be a 1/16 scale Mer-Man companion piece or display accessory.

You can see how Fire Armor Skeletor’s feet have a gnarly, clawed sculpt in deep blue with individually defined toes that transition up into leg armor covered in sweeping flame motifs painted in rich oranges, reds, and deep purples. This is a 1/12 scale prototype designed by Emiliano Santalucia, sculpted by Tommy Hodges, and painted by Mark Bristow, so the creative pedigree on this one is serious.
