“It’s the Muppet Show!” After being featured at NECA’s booth at both SDCC 2025 and NYCC 2025, the wait is finally over because Ultimate Gonzo with Camilla is now up for preorder! Boy are we thrilled about this one. I have always loved Gonzo, the Great Gonzo, the daredevil weirdo who stole our hearts from the very first season of the original 1976 TV series, and seeing him get the Ultimate treatment from NECA alongside his favorite chicken Camilla is just so much fun. This fully articulated 7-inch scale action figure comes packed with interchangeable hands, heads, and swappable eyes so you can mix and match expressions to capture every bit of Gonzo’s wild personality. The accessories are really cool too, including a brick, a tire, and of course his signature horn. How amazing is that?! Both Gonzo and Camilla feature all-new sculpts with authentic deco inspired by the classic show, and they come in collector-friendly packaging so you can keep everything looking great on the shelf. You can grab your preorder now over at the NECA Store for $37.99, with shipping expected in Q4 2026. That price point for two figures with this many extras feels like a steal. So let’s take a look at NECA’s Ultimate Gonzo with Camilla!

The Muppets – Ultimate Gonzo with Camilla 7″ Scale Action Figure
Gonzo looks absolutely fantastic here alongside Camilla, and the two of them together just feel like a complete package. Clad in his plum-colored suit with a brown bow tie and crisp white shirt collar peeking out, he’s got that classic showman look nailed down perfectly, while Camilla’s sculpted white feathers and bright orange beak and feet make her an equally charming companion piece.

You can see how the sculpt on Gonzo’s face really captures that wide-eyed, open-mouthed enthusiasm, with his bulging green-rimmed eyes set slightly askew and that long curved nose landing exactly right. Camilla’s expression is just as good, her bright orange beak slightly open and those dark eyes ringed with lashes giving her a personality all her own.

Here’s a closer look at Gonzo’s gold trumpet, which has a really nice metallic finish and fits naturally in his textured blue hands, with sculpted cuff details on the sleeves adding a tailored touch. Camilla stands right at his side, and I like how her little red hat sits slightly cocked on her head, a tiny detail that adds so much character.

Sporting his dark blue skin tone against that plum suit, the contrast between Gonzo’s fabric colors and his body really works well together, and you can pick up the individually sculpted buttons running down the front of his coat. Camilla’s feather texture is impressive up close, with fine layered sculpting across her entire body that gives her real weight and presence next to him.

The tire accessory is a great touch, with a chunky, well-proportioned sculpt and subtle scuffing on the silver rims that sell the worn-in look. I think it’s cool that Gonzo’s textured hands grip the rubber so naturally, those individually sculpted fingers wrapping around the edges with real purpose.

Gonzo’s interchangeable eyes are a clever inclusion, and here you can see one of the alternate expressions with both eyes wide and pointing slightly different directions, perfectly capturing that signature off-kilter stare. His dark, spiky hair tendrils jut out from the back of his head with a nice rubbery quality to them, each one individually sculpted rather than blending into a single mass.

Gonzo’s interchangeable head is a great addition to the set, and this swap gives him a slightly different expression with his mouth open wide in mid-performance mode, his crooked nose catching a different profile than the default. The gold trumpet has that same gorgeous metallic sheen here, and those white shirt cuffs poking out from the jacket sleeves are a small tailoring detail I appreciate more the longer I look at this figure.

Here are some fun shots of Gonzo’s swappable head and eye combinations, and you can see how mixing the open-mouth head with different eye sets completely changes his personality from manic to bewildered. One detail I noticed right away is the fuzzy, almost fleece-like texture sculpted across his entire head, which does an incredible job replicating that classic puppet felt material.

Here’s a closer look at the full accessory spread laid out alongside Gonzo and Camilla, and the brick is a nice little oddball inclusion, molded in a matte brown with subtle surface texture that fits right in with Gonzo’s unpredictable stunt repertoire. The two pairs of swappable hands offer different grip styles, each one sculpted with that same dark blue skin tone and individually defined fingers, giving you solid options for mixing up displays.
