Anti-Eternia He-Man New Eternia Masterverse Wave 19 Box Reveal
Roy Juarez has just pulled back the curtain on the Anti-Eternia He-Man New Eternia Masterverse packaging and it’s an absolute knockout! This box features the amazing artwork of Simon Eckert in a stunning visual display! We had caught wind earlier in the year that another version of He-Man would be joining the New Eternia lineup, and those rumors were confirmed once the Masterverse Wave 19 figure assortment surfaced. First revealed in figure form at San Diego Comic Con 2025, it’s now a thrill to see the box in all its glory, complete with the striking artwork that Roy is known for delivering. The packaging showcases the dark and twisted Anti-Eternia take on He-Man in a way that feels both menacing and visually stunning, really amplifying the figure’s presence before you even open the box. It’s always a treat when the art and figure align so perfectly, and this reveal makes anticipation even higher for the hi-res digital versions of the artwork to surface.
Box Reveal
The front of the box shows Anti-Eternia He-Man packed inside with his snarling head sculpt on full display, wearing a red harness with the Horde bat symbol, spiked belt, and dark loincloth. The side art highlights him brandishing his sword, facing off against He-Man in classic comic-style illustration. Flipping to the back, we see dramatic artwork of him wielding a black shield with a skull design and his red translucent sword, along with inset shots showcasing his alternate portraits and weapons. The bio describes him as the most evil man in the universe, intent on seizing the remains of Castle Grayskull, and the cross-sell images at the bottom feature Mosquitor and Matenna joining the wave.

The box art really pops with Castle Hellskull looming on the left, lightning crackling around its eerie visage while Anti-Eternia He-Man raises his sword in defiance. The front panel shows him clashing with He-Man in a tense face-off, weapons colliding in classic MOTU style. Wrapping around to the right side, the artwork highlights AE He-Man with his glowing red eyes and darker palette, while he is shown again wielding his sword and a skull-faced shield, tying the whole evil theme together.

Anti-Eternia He-Man SDCC 2025 Reveal
Anti-Eternia He-Man storms into the New Eternia Masterverse line with a menacing design that pushes the dark multiverse concept to new depths. His jet-black skin and blood-red harness give off an ominous aura, but it’s the accessories that truly steal the show—most notably his bone-white Hellskull helmet, which adds a haunting contrast to the figure’s shadowy palette. Paired with a matching crimson sword and a battle-worn shield featuring a screaming face motif, this figure captures the terrifying essence of an evil He-Man from a cursed dimension. A swappable red hairpiece completes the look, allowing for multiple display options that emphasize the figure’s corrupted legacy.

These close-up shots of the Anti-Eternia He-Man figure reveal a sinister and highly detailed design that draws clear inspiration from the Castle Hellskull concept art. The shield features an eerie, sculpted face with flowing tendrils and skeletal winged accents, bringing a haunting presence that evokes the dark magic of Anti-Eternia. The helmet mirrors this motif with a fang-lined jaw and a pale, expressionless visage atop the head, reinforcing the figure’s dark and cursed aesthetic. Additional gothic flourishes, like the crimson and silver cross chest harness and ornate belt with sculpted skulls, echo the foreboding elements seen in the original concept art, making this one of the most visually intense interpretations of He-Man to date.
