The new Amazon Exclusive Bobba Fett & Bossk Bounty Hunter Retro Collection 2 pack is shipping early, and we have in-hand images thanks to the Baroness of Toys!
The new Empire Strikes back Boba Fett and Bossk Bounty Hunter 2 packs from the Retro Collection weren’t set to come out until January 2023, but in classic Amazon style, they surprised us all and started shipping out orders early! Amazon also has Dengar & IG-88 set available for pre-order as well! The next set to be rumored to come out is 4-Lom and Zuckuss to complete the bounty hunter gang!
Although Boba Fett is a re-release from the original figure that came out with the rest of the Empire Strikes back wave that was released in Target Stores, Boba Fett was the hardest figure to find, and fetched a pretty penny on the aftermarket. Now collectors get a second chance at the infamous bounty hunter and this time he is bringing a friend!

Boba Fett
This Retro Collection Boba Fett is the most sought after Retro Collection figure and the most popular of all the Bounty Hunters. Originally released in 1979, Boba Fett first showed up on the Star Wars Holiday Special, before making his movie debut in 1980 in The Empire Strikes Back. Kids and fans alike were already excited to see him in the movie before it came out, and that only added to Boba Fett’s popularity!

Originally part of a mail away promotion in 1979, Boba Fett was supposed to come with “rocket firing action”. But due to safety regulations, when Boba Fett was eventually released for mass production, his rocket was glued into place! Prototype versions of the Rocket Firing Boba Fett do exist and are the rarest of all Star Wars collectibles! They fetch thousands of dollars and are the most sought-after Star Wars collectable item ever!

Bossk
Although Bossk had very little screen time on the Empire Strikes Back, he has been a fan favorite amongst vintage Star Wars Collectors! This new Retro Collection version of Bossk is a perfect recreation of the Kenner original and it is so great to have a minty fresh version of him!
Those beady little eyes, and adorable grin on his face make him one of the cutest of all the Kenney bounty hunters! Those unique long reptilian arms and bare feet make him a standout in the bounty figure gang!
