We’ve got a full set of in-hand images from Mr. Home Arcade on YouTube of the Fright Zone Ring Masters of the WWE Universe playset featuring Kevin Nash and Scott Hall as The Outsiders. I first saw this set in person at WWE World 2026, which we covered in our Masters of the WWE Universe Official Images WWE World 2026 roundup, and Hall and Nash later appeared in our Masters of the WWE Universe SDCC 2026 Booth Images coverage, but these new photos give us a much better look at how everything comes together out of the box. Pairing Hall and Nash with the Two-Bad concept is such a fun choice, especially once you combine them into the two-headed “Two Sweet” form. The Fright Zone Ring is just as wild, mixing a gold wrestling mat with a green stone base and translucent teal flames rising from the turnbuckles. I also really like how Mattel worked existing MOTU elements into The Outsiders, with Nash borrowing from Grizzlor and Hall pulling from Hordak to tie both wrestlers into the Horde side of the crossover. Packaging and Contents

The front of the box is dominated by illustrations of Shawn Michaels as Bow and Two-Sweet ready for action with artwork of a wrestling ring built into a rocky battleground reminiscent of the old school MOTU Vibe, complete with orange ropes, blue flames and debris flying through the air. A side panel pairs character artwork of Kevin Nash and Scott Hall with smaller product photos showing the figures and assembled ring.

The bottom of the box features a wide illustration with Shawn Michaels reimagined as Bow, drawing his bow as Hall and Nash charge in as a combined Two-Bad-style character armed with a red crossbow and silver sword. I really like how the artwork brings the WWE and Masters of the Universe concepts together in one continuous scene.

The back of the box reads, “The Horde World Order invasion of WWEternia begins! The hWo issues a challenge to any Superstar brave enough to step into the Fright Zone Ring against The Outsiders, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. This tag team works as one with their secret finishing maneuver that’s just Two-Sweet!” Smaller panels add, “Holds Sword!”, “Arm with crossbow!” and “Combine 2 figures into 1 that’s Two-Sweet!”

Mr. Home Arcade lays out the complete box contents: the ring base, three posts with orange ropes, a brown stairs, four translucent blue flame pieces, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and the instruction sheet. The smaller accessories include the red crossbow, broad sword, alternate torso and arms, plus several interchangeable hands and parts for combining the two wrestlers.

Fright Zone Ring

The Fright Zone Ring has a bright gold mat, green stone-textured base, brown steps, and orange ropes that give it a wonderfully old-school playset look. I really like the tall translucent teal turnbuckle effects, which resemble ghostly flames rising from all four corners.

Mr. Home Arcade’s close-up brings out the layered tongues and curling ridges sculpted into each flame effect. I like the uneven tapered points, especially the smaller wisps rising around the main flame.

Ring Comparisons

The Fright Zone Ring stairs on the left use a warmer brown, while the Grayskull Ring stairs on the right are noticeably darker. Both share the same stacked-plank shape and wood-grain sculpt, so the colour change is the main difference.

Here are all three rings side by side: the Fright Zone Ring, Grayskull Ring, and Rattlesnake Mountain Ring from left to right. The orange, bright green, and dark grey mats give each one a distinct look, while the flame and snake-shaped corner posts push the Fright Zone and Rattlesnake Mountain themes much further.

Mr. Home Arcade frames all three rings with their exclusive figures, two for each set, making the full six-figure lineup easy to take in at once. The wrestlers cover a fun range of looks, from bright red and yellow gear to much darker black-and-brown outfits.

Figures

Mr. Home Arcade’s straight-on comparison shows both figures without their upper-body clothing, revealing identical muscular chest and ab sculpting. The different heads, armbands, wrist cuffs, and trouser colours do most of the work separating the two.

Without their upper-body clothing, both figures show the same broad back sculpt, including sharply defined shoulder blades and lower-back muscles. Their hairstyles separate them nicely from behind, with one ending in a short braid and the other falling in thick waves to the shoulders.

Mr. Home Arcade’s right-side profiles make the facial-hair differences easy to compare, with a close beard on Hall and a sharply outlined goatee on Nash. Nash also has separate tattoo designs on the upper arm and forearm, compared with the plain right arm of Hall.

The left-side profiles show both arms without tattoos. Nash’s red trousers have long black fringed strips, while the blue trousers use a smaller white tasseled detail.

Mr. Home Arcade’s close-up clearly shows the change from the standard torso on the left, which uses a neatly recessed, three-notched arm connector. The version on the right has a simpler hexagonal opening surrounded by a raised circular collar.

With the armor fitted, the Hall gets a broad white chest emblem, raised shoulder points, and white edging around the abdomen. The red armor on Nash leaves much more of the torso exposed, with its flared collar and sculpted face at the centre giving it a very different look.

Here the side view shows how far the white shoulder points project beyond the Hall’ss upper body. The red armor on Nash sits much closer to the torso, with a thick black section wrapping around the back of the neck.

From the back, Hall’s armor has a smooth central panel cut with Horde symbol on the back. Nash instead gets a heavily sculpted fur section that spreads across the shoulders and tapers to a point between the shoulder blades.

Here Mr. Home Arcade gives us the armoured right-side profiles, with the white points stepping down Hall’s back and a curved white border beneath the arm. The open side of Nash’s armor leaves both tattoos fully visible between the red armbands.

Accessories

The selection includes several armor pieces, a red Horde Crossbow, two pairs of black sunglasses, eight alternate hands and a broad silver-coloured blade. The armor ranges from a spiked black-and-white piece to red-and-black and bright blue versions, giving the set three very different looks.

Here’s the figure fully geared up in his Two-Sweet form, complete with two heads, an open blue vest and split red-and-blue trousers. I like how over-the-top this combination looks, especially with the mismatched legs and twin head sculpts.

Here the gear is split between two separate figures, turning the Two-Sweet setup into a coordinated pair rather than the wild two-headed combination. Their raised hands meet in the too sweet gesture for a proper tag-team display.

Mr. Home Arcade’s angle gives us a clean look at the too sweet hands attached to both figures. Each hand has the index and little fingers extended, with the middle fingers folded against the palm.

Figure Comparisons

Here we can see all the ways Mattel has used the Two-Bad buck, with Two-Bopsteady on the left, Two-Sweet in the middle, and Cartoon Collection Two-Bad on the right. The shared split-body build takes on three very different looks through the mismatched heads, colours, armour, and clothing details.

Scott Hall and Kevin Nash use the same split-body construction as Cartoon Collection Two-Bad, allowing their body parts to swap between the figures and they look kind of ridiculous but it works!

The head swap replaces Scott Hall and Kevin Nash with Wun-Dar’s brown-haired portrait and He-Man’s blond head. This swap is a little more ridiculous but we are having fun here!

Mr. Home Arcade lines up Diesel, Kevin Nash, and NWO Kevin Nash, showing just how differently the same wrestler has been interpreted. Diesel wears a black “Diesel Power” shirt, Kevin Nash gets the bold red-and-black gear, and NWO Kevin Nash has sunglasses, a championship belt, and red fringe down his trousers.

Mr. Home Arcade lines up WWE Superstars Razor Ramon, Fright Zone Ring Scott Hall, and WWE Superstars NWO Scott Hall, and the three versions could hardly be more different. Razor Ramon gets bright yellow and purple ring gear, the Fright Zone version swaps to black armour and pale blue trousers, and NWO Scott Hall comes with sunglasses, red boots, and a championship belt.

Mr. Home Arcade pairs Kevin Nash with Grizlor to show exactly where Nash’s armour came from: it is the same chest piece used for Grizlor.

The rear comparison shows both pieces share the same shaggy fur sculpt, broad shoulder coverage, and pointed lower edge as Nash’s version is colored black instead of brown.

Mr. Home Arcade pairs Scott Hall with Sketch Book Series Hordak to show exactly where Hall’s chest armour came from. The shared piece has the same broad shape, raised shoulder points, and angular lower edge, but Hall swaps Hordak’s red emblem for a white design.

Here we get the Horde MOTWWE Universe figures together, and the matching black armour with oversized white Horde emblems makes them look like a proper faction. Their individual ring gear still keeps everyone distinct, especially the pale blue trousers and the bold red outfit among all that black and white.

In-Ring Action

Mr. Home Arcade frames Scott Hall delivering the Razor’s Edge to The Rock in the center of the ring. The bright orange ropes and other wrestlers gathered around them turn it into a full match scene rather than a simple two-figure display.

Kevin Nash has Goldberg folded upside down for a Power Bomb, with Nash’s bright red trousers standing out against Goldberg’s silver-and-black gear. Mr. Home Arcade keeps the move high above the ropes, giving the setup plenty of impact.

Two-Sweet takes center ring with a double Razor’s Edge on John Cena and The Rock, carrying one opponent across each shoulder.

Mr. Home Arcade’s overhead view puts Triple H and the black NWO spray paint across his chest right at the center of the ring.

Mr. Home Arcade’s overhead framing catches the NWO spray-painting Triple H’s chest, with the black letters scrawled across his bare torso. The oversized red and white crossbows make the ambush even more over the top.

Mr. Home Arcade’s overhead view centers Triple H as the surrounding NWO members spray-paint their mark across his chest.
