GI Joe Classified Series Retro Cardback NYCC 2024 Official Images and Preorder
During New York Comic Con 2024, the Joe team revealed, in their panel, the production images of the next GI Joe Classified Seres Retro Cardback wave consisting of Rock N Roll, Cobra Viper, and Dr. Mindbender. These figures were also on display at the NYCC 2024 Hasbro breakfast where we got to see that the actual figures looked like in plastic! During the panel, the team mentioned that the GI Joe Classified Seres Retro Cardback wave will be going up for preorder this coming Tuesday, October 22, 2024! Thanks to Entertainment Earth’s drop zone, we now know the time and it will be at 10am PT / 1pm ET, which is the usual time that Hasbro puts the GI Joe figures up for preorder. These figures will be mainline releases so we will keep you posted when the GI Joe Classified Series Retro Cardback NYCC 2024 preorder hits the usual suspects like BBTS and Amazon (and, of course, Hasbro Pulse).

Rock N Roll
Rock N Roll comes packed with a figure stand, a helmet, walkie talkie, large M60, an extra ammo belt, an extra fist, and a sidearm.
Rock N Roll looks very classic in his green shirt with the whole nine crisscrossing his chest! They even nailed the hair and beard coloring! Whether he is posed with or without his M60, the classic look of the figure makes this a must have!
Rock N Roll is in his classic green shirt uniform and they nailed the color! He posed with his M-60 heavy machine gun and he looks fantastic!
His ammo can feed into the M-60 heavy machine gun and the the whole nine look great crisscrossing his chest and back. He also get a glimpse of the back of the figure and he has a walkie talkie strapped to his belt!
Cobra Viper
The Cobra Viper is in his classic brighter blue and red color scheme with his gray rifle that pays homage to the vintage figure! He comes with a repaint of his other rifle along with extra hands, removable goggles like previous versions, his classic backpack, and a sidearm.
We can see the classic coloring of the Cobra Viper without the neck scarf and that really makes a difference in the look and feel of the figure.
He looks amazing posed with his gray rifle as that really brings back the vintage feels. Taking a look p close at the silver visor, it has a nice sheen to it, just like the vintage figure!
Dr. Mindbender
For those who missed out on the SDCC 2022 exclusive Dr. Mindbender, now is your chance to get this classic figure! He comes packed with a figure stand, prods, generator, black hose, and guns.
He comes with some great accessories, which include his classic electric prod and pistol!

You can also have Dr. Mindbender grasp with his electric prod as he grips the handle from the top in a classic pose!
It is great to see Dr. Mindbender get a proper vintage treatment with the addition of the Cobra Symbol on his cape! In the SDCC 2022 version, he was missing the classic silver logo, which looks amazing against his black cape!
