Horde Sky Cycle MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Concept
Today, we’re thrilled to showcase the incredible 3D digital blueprints of the legendary Horde Sky Cycle — masterfully designed by Yerco and brought to life through 3D printing and painting by Kenzo’s Creations. Inspired by She-Ra: Princess of Power Filmation carton, this sleek, one-person vehicle was a staple for Horde Troopers during patrols and missions across Etheria. With the new Club Grayskull figure subscription model from Mattel, this opens to the door for concepts like this to come to life. The MOTU Origins line is very short on vehicles when their line was at retail so we are hoping that we can get smaller form factor vehicles made for the Club Grayskull line. Thanks to this amazing project, you can now 3D print your very own Sky Cycle and dive back into the epic battles of your childhood and relive the battles between the Horde and the Rebelion! Here is how the Horde Sky Cycle looked in the Filmation She-Ra and the Princess of Power cartoon from the 80’s. You can download the 3D blueprints for the Horde Sky Cycle and create your own!

The Horde Sky Cycle, often mistakenly grouped under the term “Horde Flyer.” In the She-Ra Cartoon, members of the Great Rebellion commonly used “Horde Flyer” as a catch-all label for all Horde aerial vehicles, including the Sky Cycle, the Annihilator, the Batmek, the Glonder, and the Horde Jet Machine. We love Yerco’s homage to the instructions from the 1980’s as he calls this vehicle the “Soulless Aerial Scout Bike.”

Here is a fun shot of a fully 3D printed version with the Horde Trooper at the helm with She-Ra using her amazing powers to lift the vehicle as she is about to toss it on Catra!

Kenzo’s Creations 3D Printed Version
Kenzo’s Creations, customizer and 3D printer extraordinaire who brought us concepts like Cartoon Collection Adora and Despara, used Yerco’s Sky Cycle blueprints to create this masterpiece! Painted in a nice blue/gray color scheme, Kenzo did an amazing job bringing this vehicle to life. Adding the flame effects from the New Eternia Whiplash was an amazing idea and it is the icing on the cake to this awesome vehicle.

The red Horde symbols adorn the vehicle in various places and like Cobra Commander from the GI Joe series, Hordak loves his branding as you can see the symbol right smack dab in the middle of the nosecone and on the seat as well as the tail.

Here we can see how a MOTU Origins Horde Trooper looks on the vehicle and he is perfectly scaled! The knees of the figure can also rest on the details that are printed on the sides of the vehicle, which was a cool design decision!
