Jem & The Holograms Doll Loyal Subjects In-Hand Images
Looks like the Jem & The Holograms Jem Doll is hitting Walmart shelves early as collectors are seeing her show up on store shelves already! With a release date of February 2025, we were bound to see early images pop up on Instagram and thanks to garrett_sander, creator of amazing toy line Monster High, and vitamin_d_81, graphic designer and toy collector, we get to see in-hand images ahead of her official release! We are featuring amazing images from both Garret and Darren so please enjoy the visual treat so let’s dive into the Jem doll Loyal Subjects in-hand images!
Jem In-Hand Images
Here are some photos of the front and back of the box from garrett_sander showing off how she’s positioned in the window display and we also get to see the cool artwork on the back of the box, which gets us excited for future figures!
If you are looking to pin down Jem at Walmart, Garret also provided the UPC so you can scan it with the Walmart app!
These photos of Jem on the blue background vitamin_d_81 and he’s taken images of the sides of the box, which show Jem and her alter ego Jerrica Benton!
Here is an image of her packout and you can see how she’s positioned in the blister with mic in her right hand, along with her smaller accessories by her left and right side. Her larger accessories and her alternate outfit and packed in a secondary blister and her filmstrip and ticket stub are safely packed on her carboard backing that shows an illustration of the Jem record!
vitamin_d_81 shows off how amazing this figure is as the Loyal Subjects have really hit this one of the park! She is pictured with her left hand raised and grasping the microphone stand with her right hand, and she looks absolutely gorgeous!
The microphone is removable as she has a ton of displayability options. We also get to see how her dress lays on her body and how the silver tassels hang over her left thigh.
With some up close images, we can see Jem’s hair and as perfect as the official images make her hairstyle out to be, it’s great to see what it actually looks like and you can comb it as it is rooted hair, something Mattel desperately needs to bring back for their She-Ra Cartoon Collection figures.
Getting a closer look at her face, her paint came out really well and her eyes look stunning! She also has painted nails and we love how the figure was designed as the her articulation is pretty well hidden.
You can also turn Jem into her alto ego, Jerrica Benton, and with a quick outfit change, she looks stunning with her hat atop her head and her glasses on! We can also see up close how the stitching on the outfit came out and it looks to be very high quality!

Jem comes with a gaggle of accessories and here are some up close shots from the front and back of the filmstrip and ticket stub!
She also comes with a stand that doubles as a microphone stand and a comb so you can brush her lucious rooted hair!
What is also amazing is that her stand also plays the Jen & the Holgrams opening theme song, which is demonstrated in the video below:
Back to Garret’s pics, he provided some images of Jem next to the Mattel SDCC 2016 She-Ra doll that Garret designed and the vintage Jem doll from 1986 for some fun comparisons!
Jem & The Holograms Walmart Exclusives
It was exciting news that the Loyal Subjects had taken over the Jem & The Holograms license and they have big plans for 2025! The Toy Book reported that, “Following the successful relaunches of Rainbow Brite and Strawberry Shortcake, The Loyal Subjects inked a deal with Hasbro to give the same treatment to a host of legacy brands, including My Buddy, Jem, My Pet Monster, Popples, R.O.M. the Space Knight, and the oft-requested M.A.S.K.” We are super excited to see the M.A.S.K. line coming and are equally excited about Jem! She will be a Walmart exclusive and will be coming out in February 2025 with a retail price of $24.99! The Loyal Subjects also teased the line on their Instagram page and released this image along with the following: “Who’s pink, full of sparkle and rockstar personality? 💗🎤👩🎤 You tell us! Comment down below to guess what’s coming. 👇👀”

We are so excited to see Jem and her wonderful accessories, which include her comb, stand, VIP pass, microphone, alternate Jerrica Benton outfit, filmstrip, and ticket!
Channeling the vintage window display packaging from 1980’s with a slimmed down box design, the figures in the line will be looking stunning as you can see most of the figure! The back of the box has art showcasing other figures in the line along with the Jem & the Holgrams Roadster, a classic, large vehicle that was around 2 feet long!
Along with her classic Jem look, you also get an outfit to transform her into her alter ego, Jerrica Benton, the practical, hardworking manager and owner of Starlight Music and co-owner of Starlight Foundation. To her dismay, she is often seen as being “dependable”, which she feels is another word for being “boring”. Her alter ego is Jem and she struggles to keep her double life a secret throughout the series. She is kindhearted and will go through any lengths to help others, even if she barely knows them.
Looking at some up close and personal details, you can see Jem’s eye makeup and lip stick colors pop off her amazing head sculpt and her rooted hair looks totally rad! She comes with a comb and we can see some of the stitching on her dress and it looks absolutely fabulous!
