We would like to issue a correction to what we thought were Walmart exclusives! We have a special update coming from Toy Habits Crew member Rob2023 by way of Paulmart concerning the MOTU Origins Lord Gr’asp and Terroar figures. Although these two figures went up for preorder back in March 2024 for Walmart Collector Con, fans were stunned and left gobsmacked as the figures sold out to bots in mere seconds. Flash forward to today and collector’s are finding these two Snake Men in stores as Lord Gr’asp and Terroar are hitting Walmart Stores. The general consensus was that Lord Gr’asp and Terroar were Walmart exclusives but it appears that is not the case! Like previous MOTU exclusives that showed up first at various stores like Target, it appears that Lord Gr’asp and Terroar are, what Paulmart says, “FIRST TO MARKET,” meaning that Walmart will have a stranglehold on the figures for a certain period of time and then all bets are off. This is amazing news for collector’s and when Walmart’s first to market time expires, the figures will be available at other online retailers, which explains A LOT! We previously discovered that Target had put up Lord Gr’asp (and immediately removed the listing)on Target, which made no sense at all but now all of the pieces are falling into place. Here is what Paulmart had to say about the matter:

Where to Find Lord Gr’asp and Terroar
We will, as we always do, keep you informed about where to find and purchase Terraor and Lord Gr’asp. While we don’t know when Walmart’s stranglehold on the figures expires, we will continue to stay vigilant as to where the dynamic Snake Men duo will show up next. Until then, here is a running list, albeit short, of where you can currently find Lord Gr’asp and Terroar.

Lord Gr’asp on Target
Once Walmart’s first to market time expires, you’ll be able to view Lord Gr’asp’s product page on Target here or click the image below, but we are unsure when this will be.
Lord Gr’asp In-Hand Images
While we wait for Walmart’s first to market time to expire, enjoy some in hand images of Lord Gr’asp and Terroar courtesy of Mr. Home Arcade! Lord Gr’asp’s looks incredible with his black and yellow color scheme. Even though he is a total reuse of parts, Mattel did an incredible job with creative parts usage and paint applications to create a very unique and interesting looking character.

His head of course is a reuse of Sssqueeze’s head but with a different color scheme. I love how they used a black head color with yellow accents around his mouth and painted the inside of mouth with white teeth and a pink tongue. His green snakemen piercing eyes make him look menacing. Lord Gr’asp is outfitted with Scare Glow’s plastic cape in a light green color. Again another reuse of parts, but gives Lord Gr’asp added special detail! He also has a green Snake Men logo tampo’d on his chest, which is a nice touch!

Down to his torso, you can see they used a standard MOTU Origins buck, but with Clawful’s right claw on his right arm. The claw is large and made up of yellow plastic, but with a very cool black and yellow snake skin pattern on it. He also has a similar yellow snake skin pattern strip going down the length of his arms. His left arm is a beast arm similar to that used on Skeletor, and is in black plastic with the yellow snake skin strip down it, and the lower wrist area is painted in orange with an orange hand to look like a glove. His waist and lower body is also made up of the standard MOTU Origins waist and legs. He is wearing a green belt with an orange colored loin cloth. He has standard Origins legs that are black plastic and have the same yellow snake skin print down the sides. This is a very nice touch as it adds that additional detail that makes Lord Gr’asp look unique. He has on He-Man like boots that are in am orange plastic, with green accents painted on the molded straps.

He comes packed with a black snake staff and green snake shield that is the same color as his cape.

Terroar In-Hand Images
Terroar is again another complete mash up and reuse of parts. He uses parts from Whiplash, Rattlor, Trap Jaw and Mosquitor! Throw that all up in a blender and add some purple color, and you get Terroar! He is a really unique Snake Man, and helps to continue the deep cut lore in the MOTU Origins line.

Terroar’s head comes from Whiplash in a purple color, he has Rattlor’s neck in purple plastic but has a very nice gradiant red paint application on his neck for some added detail. Moving down to his torso is where things get very interesting.

You can also detach the neck piece and give him a more compact look! Fro the right side view, you can see how Trap Jaw’s mechanical arm integrates into the figure.
