MOTU Prop Replicas Factory Entertainment Preorder
I’m really fired up about this one because Factory Entertainment has been quietly building out prop replica lines in the Masters of the Universe space, and now they’re expanding the arsenal in a big way with three new LARP stunt replicas that just went up for preorder over at BigBadToyStore. We’ve already seen Factory Entertainment deliver the goods with their 1/1 scale Power Sword replicas for He-Man, Skeletor, Prince Adam, Anti-Eternia He-Man, and Faker, and those pieces really hit the sweet spot for collectors who want something impressive on the wall or in-hand at a convention, so it feels like a natural full circle moment to see them branch out into battle axes and the Sword of Protection. First up, we have both He-Man’s and Skeletor’s LARP Stunt Replica Battle Axes, each measuring 26 inches long at full 1/1 human scale, constructed from plastic and soft foam for durability whether you’re cosplaying at a con or just want Skeletor’s axe hanging next to his Power Sword in your Snake Mountain lair, and both are priced at $89.99 with an expected ship date of March 2026. Then there’s the one that really caught my eye, which is the She-Ra Sword of Protection LARP Stunt Replica Sword, a gorgeous 37-inch-long foam and plastic piece based on the classic animated series design that gives Princess Adora’s alter ego her due in this growing collection, priced at $74.99 and expected to ship in April 2026. All three are officially licensed and based on the Masters of the Universe animated series, and I love how Factory Entertainment keeps crushing it on new pieces that complement what they’ve already released. If you’ve already got one or more of the Power Swords in your collection, these battle axes and the Sword of Protection feel like the perfect way to round things out, and if you’ve been on the fence about jumping into prop replicas, this wave might just be the one that pulls you in.

Masters of the Universe She-Ra Sword of Protection LARP Stunt Replica Sword
The Sword of Protection features a broad, leaf-shaped silver blade that tapers to a pointed tip, with a wide crossguard area housing a prominent oval blue gemstone at its center. The guard extends into four curved, bulbous prongs finished in a darker gunmetal tone, while the grip is wrapped in a light gray ribbed texture ending in a rounded pommel.

A close-up of the Sword of Protection highlights the smooth gradient across the blade’s surface, shifting from a lighter silver along the flat to a slightly darker tone near the edges. The gemstone set into the guard has a soft, matte finish rather than a glossy or translucent look, sitting flush within its recessed bezel.

He-Man’s Battle Axe is a large double-headed weapon with symmetrical curved blades, each featuring raised decorative grooves along their faces. The handle has a wrapped grip section with horizontal ridging, separated from the axe head by a segmented collar with riveted detailing, and capped at the base with a flared pommel. A human hand gripping the shaft provides a sense of the prop’s substantial scale.

A closer look at the axe head reveals brighter silver-toned edges along the cutting surfaces, contrasting against the darker gunmetal finish of the blade faces and central mount. The pommel at the top of the head mirrors the rounded cap at the base of the handle, and the three small dots punched into the head’s collar add a subtle hardware-like touch to the overall design.

Skeletor’s Battle Axe shares the same double-headed silhouette as He-Man’s version but is cast entirely in a deep purple, giving it a distinctly different look. The blade faces carry angular, zigzag-shaped inlays recessed into the surface, and the shaft features a series of rounded studs running vertically between the head and a ball-shaped finial at the top. The lower portion of the handle transitions into a black textured grip.

Skeletor’s Battle Axe is shown here without a hand for scale, offering a cleaner look at the full length of the prop from pommel to finial. The black wrap on the lower shaft has a tightly wound cord-like texture, and the transition point where it meets the purple upper section is capped with a small disc-shaped collar.
