Seeing Grimlock in person at New York Comic Con 2026 was one of those moments that instantly reminded me why I love this hobby so much, because photos and renders can only tell you so much, but standing in front of this figure and taking in the sheer scale and detail of it was a completely different experience, and now that preorders are officially live I wanted to make sure everyone here knows exactly where to lock one in. The Transformers: Age of Extinction Studio Series Titan Class Grimlock is an absolute beast of a figure, standing at a jaw-dropping 15 inches tall and converting from robot mode to that iconic T-Rex mode in 59 steps, which tells you right away that Hasbro packed a serious amount of engineering into this one. What struck me most when I saw it live was how well the movie-inspired details translated into the sculpt, from the intricate armor plating to the menacing presence he carries in both modes, and the included accessories like the mace and spiked knuckle only add to the display factor when you have him towering over the rest of your Studio Series shelf. As the leader of the Dinobots, Grimlock deserved a figure that matched his on-screen dominance, and I genuinely believe this Titan Class release hits that mark.
