Walmart Collector Con July 2026 Edition Preorders and Information

The next Walmart Collector Con is officially locked in for July 23rd and 24th, 2026, and while that timing lands right in the middle of San Diego Comic Con, we’re not about to let a scheduling overlap slow us down when it comes to tracking every exclusive and preorder opportunity headed our way. As always, we’re building out our running list of confirmed and unconfirmed items across all the major lines collectors care about most, from Masters of the Universe to G.I. Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, and everything else that might surface between now and then. Nothing has been officially confirmed on the product side just yet, but we’ve received some early intel that has us keeping a close eye on a few possibilities, and as soon as the puzzle pieces start falling into place we’ll be updating this article with the actual preorder links, images, and all the details you need to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. The overlap with SDCC is definitely worth noting because it means collectors are going to be pulled in multiple directions at once, juggling convention reveals and Walmart drops simultaneously, which is exactly the kind of chaos that can cause people to miss windows if they’re not prepared. That’s where we come in. We’ll be treating this page as a living document, updating it in real time as new information surfaces, so bookmark it and check back often because once things start moving with Walmart Collector Con, they tend to move fast and the best exclusives don’t sit around waiting. Stay tuned!

Walmart Collector Con July 2026

Unconfirmed

Here are keeping our list of unconfirmed figures here as we gather early intel on what we think will go up for preorder during Walmart Collector Con!

Wun-Dar Masterverse Vintage Collection

We first shared intel that Wundar was headed to the Masterverse Vintage Collection a while back, and seeing him go from early intel to a fully realized official reveal is awesome. What immediately stands out here is the packaging situation, because Wun-Dar MOTU Masterverse Vintage Collection Official Images holds a unique distinction as the first figure in the Vintage Collection to not feature official packaging art in the style of the classic cardbacks, and that’s because the original vintage Wun-Dar MOTU Masterverse Vintage Collection Official Images was never a carded retail release at all. He was a mailaway figure, one of those deep cuts from MOTU history that a lot of collectors know about but far fewer have ever held in hand, so the fact that Mattel is giving him the Masterverse treatment speaks volumes about how far they’re willing to dig into the lore for this line. As with the rest of the Masterverse Vintage Collection, these are Walmart exclusives, so expect him to pop up for pre-cancel, sorry, we mean preorder, during a future Walmart Collector Con event. If past drops are anything to go by, you’ll want to be ready the moment that listing goes live because these exclusives tend to move fast and the checkout process can be its own kind of battle. The figure itself looks great from what we can see in the official images, and I’m really curious to see how collectors react to the packaging solution Mattel came up with given the absence of original card art to pull from. This is the kind of release that rewards the collectors who know their MOTU history, and I can’t wait to see more details as we get closer to availability.

Official Box Image

The box design for Wun-Dar leans into the classic MOTU cosmic aesthetic with swirling reds and purples, and notably skips the traditional character art panel, which makes sense given his origins as a mail-away figure with no vintage card art to reference. Inside the window, the figure is clearly built on the 40th Anniversary He-Man buck with a dark repaint, and that alternate head is unmistakably a repaint of the Cosmic Enforcer Zodac head, complete with the goggles and helmet sculpt.

Wun-Dar Walmart Listing and Official Details

I’ve got to say, I’m really fired up about this one because it feels like we’re watching the Masterverse Vintage Collection take its first big swing into fresh territory with a figure that doesn’t have direct vintage-era artwork or roots to anchor it. Wun-Dar MOTU Masterverse Vintage Collection Official Imagesis officially on deck for the Masterverse Vintage Collection, and while we don’t have vintage reference material to pore over like we normally would, we can pretty much guarantee that he’ll be a repaint of the most Powerful Man in the Universe using the same figure buck and design as the recent Vintage Collection Faker. It’s funny that we are getting a myriad of repaints of He-Man and he has yet to make his official debut in the vintage collection proper but maybe he is too close his 40th Anniversary release to justify it and it would probably disappoint many collectors. That said, I love moments like this where I get to dig in as a collector and fan because seeing the Vintage Collection expand beyond strict vintage callbacks tells me Mattel is looking to stretch the sub-line in new directions while still honoring that nostalgic presentation. With a classic mail away figure and the MOTU Classics and Origins figure to draw inspiration from, I can already imagine how he’ll look alongside the upcoming releases on a retro-style box and can’t wait to see the original artwork that comes along with him.

Evil-Lyn Masterverse Vintage Collection

With some fresh sleuthing, we now have solid confirmation that Evil Lyn is officially headed to the Masterverse Vintage Collection, and I have to say, I am fired up about this one because the details are pretty amazing. As we reported back in September 2024, an anonymous source reported that a vintage inspired Evil Lyn was deep into development for this subline and it’s been radio silent since then as we’ve looking for clues ever since. Sometimes we get early information that does not materialize for months or even years in this case but what really gets me excited is imagining how she is going to look in that retro influenced packaging style that instantly taps into that Classics era vibe, complete with throwback illustrated card art that is inspired by Errol McCarthy. As we reported well over a year ago, this Evil-Lyn is reported to come with yellow skin but we are not sure now that we have seen what she is packed with. Nonetheless, with concrete details now surfacing about her design direction, this makes me feel like the Masterverse Vintage Collection is starting to shape up into something genuinely special for long time fans and newcomers who love that vintage soul paired with modern look of the line.

Figure Details

To make things even sweeter, the figure details we’ve uncovered paint a really exciting picture of how this Masterverse Vintage Collection version of Evil Lyn is shaping up. She’s built on a fully articulated body with 30 points of movement and she’ll come equipped with a dramatic cape that adds a ton of presence when displayed. Even better, she also comes with her signature staff and features three different interchangeable heads that include a fire effect piece and a metallic orb option, giving collectors multiple looks and display styles right out of the box. We’ve seen quite a few head sculpts for
