Star Wars Black Series Celebration Europe 2023 Reveals

Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023 is in full swing, and day two brings us a bunch of new Star Wars Black Series official reveals! The new figure reveals come from Return of the Jedi and The Book of Boba Fett, and there are some incredible characters included! Let’s dive in and take a look at these new Star Wars Black Series Celebration Europe 2023 Official Reveals! These all go up for preorder on April 11th beginning at 1:00pm ET/ 10:00am PST. We also had two more surprise reveals from the Black Series line on Day 2!

Darth Maul (Old Master)

A figure that slipped through Hasbro’s panel reveals is the Gaming Greats version of Maul (Old Master) from Battlefront II which will be exclusive to GameStop

Dok Onda

Another figure that slipped through Hasbro’s panel reveals is Dok Ondar from Galaxy’s Edge that will be exclusive to ShopDisney!

R2D2

Our first Black Series reveal is a fan favorite and a stamp of the Star Wars line, R2-D2! We have not seen a new R2-D2 black series figures in a long time, and it’s great to get a classic sensorscope version of R2! He has all sorts of pop open ports that reveal different robotic arms and gadgets that come out of R2-D2’s body, and he also has 2 sensorscope / periscope antenna’s that come out of his dome!

Darth Vader

Darth Vader is the next exciting Black Series reveal! Now this isn’t just another release of Darth Vader, no this version of Darth Vader includes a removeable helmet that reveals Anakin Skywalker below, with likeness of how he appeared in the Return of the Jedi! His helmet comes off in two pieces, both the top of his helmet comes off and his face mask!

Cad Bane

This next Black series reveal brings us Cad Bane! Cad Bane appeared in the Disney+ series, The Book of Boba Fett. Bane once reflected to himself that the young Boba Fett sometimes reminded him of his younger self,[18] but their relationship eventually soured. As his age passed, Bane remained bitter and ruthless, killing any who stood in his way. He tried to strike down his former ward Boba Fett, without mercy or discrimination. Bane looked at Fett with contempt for what happened between them, determined to kill him even if he played dirty.

Emperor’s Royal Guard

The Emperor’s Royal Guard is a staple of the Return of the Jedi cast of characters! That soft goods red cloak is fantastic looking, and the shiny red helmet looks stunning! The Emperor’s Royal Guard comes complete with their signature staff. His cloak is removeable, and reveals the armored figure underneath. Im going to have to pick up a pair of these!

Luke Skywalker in his Emperor’s throne room outfit from Return of the Jedi is our next reveal! This is a classic look for Luke, but one that there hasn’t been very many figures of. Recreate those Emperor’s throne room moments with this classic version of Luke Skywalker with the green lightsaber!

Jabba The Hut

We saved the best for last with our final reveal, Jabba the Hutt! Yes folks, a new version of Jabba the Hutt is coming to Black Series! Jabba looks incredible and comes packed with his buddy Salacious B. Crumb! The paint deco and details on Jabba look spectacular he comes complete with his hookah pipe connected to a nice display rail where you can sit Salacious B. Crumb on to make an incredible diorama display!

Inspired by the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, this helmet features highly detailed deco and adjustable fit for Star Wars fans.
