The Star Wars team hosting FanStream, with hosts Emily, Jing, and their special guests, discuss upcoming reveals for the Vintage Collection and Black Series action figures. Preorder will go live at 10am PT / 1pm ET so check back as we’ll gather all of the links for you once the figures go live!

New TVC Designations Moving Forward

Going forward, TVC figures will fall into one of four types:

• DEBUT: New characters or costume versions entering the TVC figure line for the first time will get a NEW VC#
• REMAKE: Mostly or fully retooled versions of previously released figures will get a NEW VC#
• REISSUE: Re-released figs with zero changes (No new tooling, deco, or accessories) will keep their ORIGINAL VC#
• UPDATE: Re-released figs with minor changes (Updated deco, accessories, tooling or articulation) will get a VC# + SUFFIX (A, B, C). Suffixes helps flag small updates without assigning a brand new VC number, so collectors can decide if it fits into their collection without needing to follow a strict chronological lineup.

Any of the figure types might also get new front cardback images on a case-by-case basis, since we know many enjoy chasing card variants.

Star Wars Vintage Collection

Luke and his Landspeeder, Assaj Ventress, Alexandr Kallus, Dengar, and the most exciting figure in the bunch, Carson Teva, are making their way to The Vintage Collection!

Landspeeder with Luke (Tatooine)

The new Star Wars Vintage Collection Landspeeder and Luke Skywalker figure offers a highly detailed and upgraded version of the iconic vehicle and character. The Landspeeder features transparent pop-out wheels to create a hovering effect, a first-time inclusion of a space for C-3PO’s legs, and a liftable hood showcasing intricate engine details. The vehicle also has weathering effects, making it appear well-worn from Tatooine’s harsh conditions.
