To me, my X-Men! Boy are we thrilled to share some really cool Marvel Legends preorders that just went live over at our friends at BigBadToyStore and Entertainment Earth. First up, we have an amazing X-Force themed three pack featuring Domino, Rictor, and Cannonball, all together in one multipack for $84.99 with a December 2026 ship date. I love that Hasbro is giving us this trio because these are characters that X-Force fans have been wanting updated versions of for a long time. Domino is such a courageous fighter and fan favorite, Rictor with those concussive vibration powers is a super exciting deep cut pick, and Cannonball, well, Sam Guthrie blasting through the air with that impervious blast field is just iconic. Each figure comes with multiple points of articulation and some really cool accessories including alternate hands, heads, effect pieces, and weapons, so there’s going to be a ton of fun posing options here. And that’s not all! Also up for preorder is the Spider-Man Marvel Legends Retro Collection Spider-Man in a Cel Shaded version, priced at $34.99 and also shipping December 2026. I just love the cel shaded look on figures, it gives them that comic book jumped right off the page feel and this one comes with 2 alternate pairs of hands and 2 web effect pieces which is a really cool accessories loadout for display. The vintage style packaging on the Retro Collection line is always so much fun too. The box design wraps classic ’90s X-Force energy around all three figures, with bold comic panel artwork running along both side edges and a dark charcoal interior that lets Rictor, Domino, and Cannonball’s colors really pop against the tray. Each figure comes loaded with extras you can spot through the window, including translucent green seismic effect pieces for Rictor, a black machine gun and alternate hands for Domino, and a brilliant orange-to-yellow blast flame base and an alternate goggled head for Cannonball.

The back of the box features three individual comic art panels framed in deep red borders, each one dedicated to Rictor, Domino, and Cannonball in full ’90s X-Force glory. Rictor’s illustration shows him surrounded by crumbling earth and seismic force, Domino is depicted leaping through a neon-lit industrial setting with her signature gun drawn, and Cannonball bursts forward trailing a massive orange blast trail, all three sporting gold X-Men emblem medallions at the base of their respective panels.

Here are some fun shots of all three figures together, and you can see how well their color palettes complement each other, from Cannonball’s deep purple bomber jacket and silver goggles to Rictor’s lime green scarf, gloves, and utility belt popping against his black and blue suit. Domino’s split white-and-black face deco is sharp, and her navy blue bodysuit with lavender armor plating on the shoulders and forearms gives her a distinctly different silhouette from her teammates.

Cannonball’s blast flame base is really something, with the sculpted fire trail graduating from deep red at the spreading base through bright orange in the midsection to creamy white and black speckle where it meets his torso, selling that explosive propulsion effect beautifully. His purple bomber jacket has a thick, padded collar and darker paneling across the chest, and that small silver cross pendant hanging at the neckline is a nice character-specific touch you don’t always get.

Cannonball’s alternate goggled head is a great swap option, with the aviator-style goggles resting on his forehead and his tousled blonde hair sculpted with real texture and volume underneath. His gray boots have layered metal banding around the shins that gives them an industrial, reinforced feel, and the white kneepads break up the deep purple of the suit nicely.

I like how the quilted texture on Cannonball’s bomber jacket really comes through up close, with individually sculpted diamond-shaped stitching running across the shoulders and upper arms that adds a ton of tactile detail to the purple leather look. The face sculpt on this goggled head is excellent, with sharp blue eyes, a furrowed brow, and a determined expression that pairs well with that worn leather aviator cap framing his jawline.

Domino’s black machine gun has a chunky, aggressive sculpt with a wide barrel and angular stock that fits naturally in her grip. I like how the lavender armor plating on her thigh holsters mirrors the metallic sheen of her shoulder pads, tying the whole outfit together with that signature purple-pink accent color running through the belt’s skull-motif buckles.

Domino’s face sculpt is worth lingering on here, with that stark white-and-black split carrying a subtle smirk and deep red lips that add a lot of personality to the head sculpt. Her short black hair has a clean, angular cut with individual strands swept across the forehead, and the navy blue high collar frames her jawline in a way that really sells the ’90s X-Force look.

Domino’s lavender helmet frames her face with geometric cutouts that expose just the eyes, nose, and mouth, and the metallic pink finish on those angular panels has a pearlescent shimmer that contrasts beautifully with the matte navy of her high-collared torso armor. Her belt is packed with sculpted detail, featuring small mechanical pouches and what look like tiny grenades flanking that central orb, all finished in that same metallic lavender.

Rictor’s translucent green seismic effect pieces look fantastic up close, with concentric swirling rings studded by small molecular-style spheres that radiate outward from his fists, selling that vibrational energy in a way that’s genuinely eye-catching. His black bodysuit features a bold red X emblem on the chest and blue crosshatch paneling running down the thighs, while the olive green wrappings around his shins and those buckled gray boots give the lower half a rugged, military surplus feel.

Rictor’s silver shoulder armor has a riveted, almost hand-forged texture along the edges that pairs nicely with the bright lime green scarf draped loosely around his neck. The sculpt on his fringed green armband cuffs is surprisingly detailed, with each individual strip of fringe separately defined and slightly varied in length.

Rictor’s face sculpt has a great intensity to it, with deep-set eyes framed by thick sculpted brows and a strong jawline that carries a serious, no-nonsense expression. His long dark brown hair flows back over the silver shoulder armor in individually sculpted strands, with enough volume and wave to give the whole head sculpt real presence.

You can see how the three figures scale together here, with Rictor towering slightly over Cannonball and Domino, and each one occupying a distinct visual lane through color and silhouette alone. It’s cool to see how the translucent green seismic rings on Rictor catch and scatter light differently than the solid matte finish of Cannonball’s bomber jacket or the pearlescent lavender of Domino’s armor plating, giving each figure its own material identity within the set.

Here’s a closer look at the full accessory spread for all three figures laid out side by side. Rictor’s swap hands have an open-fingered sculpt with the same lime green finish as his cuffs and scarf, while Cannonball’s unmasked head shows off a slightly different expression than the goggled version, with a rounder, more youthful quality to the cheeks and a pair of flight goggles pushed up into his messy blonde hair.

Sporting their translucent green seismic rings and chunky black machine gun respectively, Rictor and Domino flank Cannonball as he rides that gorgeous gradient blast flame base, and the trio together just radiates peak ’90s X-Force energy. I’m really digging how each figure’s distinct material finish creates separation even when they’re grouped tightly, from the matte olive of Rictor’s shin wraps to the pearlescent shimmer on Domino’s shoulder armor and the quilted leather texture of Cannonball’s jacket.

The card art here is fantastic, with a purple and blue cityscape draped in webs behind the bold yellow and red title treatment, and a classic comic-style illustration of Spider-Man swinging on the left side. Two white web splat effect pieces are packed alongside the figure, along with two pairs of alternate hands, all nestled in a clear blister that really lets you take in the cel-shaded deco before even opening it up.

Here’s a closer look at the card back, which leans hard into that ’90s animated series nostalgia with a deep purple background and a bold comic-book illustration of Spider-Man mid-swing, framed by a bright yellow and red border. A light blue silhouette diagram of the figure sits alongside, giving you a sense of the proportions and overall sculpt outline before you flip the package over.

Spider-Man’s cel-shaded deco really comes through here, with thick black web lines etched across the red sections of his mask, torso, and boots, all contrasting sharply against the flat, almost matte blue of his legs and arms. I like how the spider emblem on his chest has that hand-drawn comic feel, and the white lenses on the mask have a slightly translucent quality that sells the animated look.

You can see how well the articulation works on Spider-Man here, with the fingers on those splayed alternate hands individually sculpted and slightly curled, perfect for web-shooting poses. The cel-shaded effect carries all the way down to his boots, where the flat red and black linework wraps seamlessly around the ankle joints without breaking the illustrated look.

Something I appreciate here is how the web effect pieces work as ground-level splats, with tangled, organic sculpting in white plastic that looks like freshly shot webbing pooled across a surface. Spider-Man’s open-palmed hands have a great tension to them, with the fingers spread wide and the webbing detail between each digit adding a subtle touch you don’t always see at this scale.

Here’s a closer look at how the blue sections of the suit transition into the red, with the color break following classic comic panel shading rather than smooth gradients. The fisted hand really shows off the sculpted web pattern wrapping over each knuckle, and you can see how the darker shadow lines baked into the red plastic give the whole torso that flat, two-dimensional illustrated depth.

Spider-Man’s web-shooting hands pair beautifully with those two white web effect pieces, and seeing them all laid out together, you get a full picture of just how much display versatility comes packed in here. The thwip-gesture hands have a great stiffness to the extended index and pinky fingers, with the middle and ring fingers curled tightly against the palm in a way that feels very Todd McFarlane-era Spidey.
