Yo Joe June 2024 GI Joe Classified Series Preorders and Reveals

The Yo Joe June Fanstream kicked off today and the GI Joe Classified Series team was in full force that started at 8am PT / 11am ET. There were a lot of reveals, which included their Retro Cardback line, digital renders, and preorders with official images for the next wave of GI Joe Classified Series figures. So let’s take a look at the Yo Joe June 2024 recap and details for this epic event!
June 18, 2024: Stinger and Mad Maruaders Preorders
The highly anticipated Cobra Stinger and Mad Marauders preorders go live today as the GI Joe Classified Series Yo Joe June 2024 comes to a close. The Cobra Stinger and Mad Marauders will be available on Amazon and other retailers like Entertainment Earth and Big Bad Toy Store.

Update 06/07/2024: Mainline Art Reveals
Thanks to Full Force Podcast | Instagram, we got to see the Mainline Art Reveals for the side and rear of the packages for each of the 4 mainline figures!
First we have the art reveal for Alpine! We can see some trouble bubbles in the background shooting at him as he climbing the rocks!
Here we have the art for Storm Shadow, and it features a cool pagoda and Japanese bridges in the background.
Here we have the art for the Iron Grenadier, and an army of Iron Grenadier BATS behind him and some some sort of castle with the Destro Iron Grenadiers flag in the background.
Here we have the art for the Iron Grenadier BAT, with yet another army of Iron Grenadier BATS and some sort of castle with the Destro Iron Grenadiers flag in the background.
Mainline Figures
Huge shout out The Texas Toy Addict (aka Dan Diego) for the heads up! The next wave of GI Joe Classified Series figures have surfaced! Official images are slowly leaking out a day ahead of the first Yo Joe 2024 FanStream. Pictured below are some very cool dio shots! These mainline figures go up for preorder today at 10am PST, 1pm EST. on Fan Channels and Hasbro Pulse.

Storm Shadow v2
Storm Shadow v2 pays homage to his vintage figure with the Arashikage tattoo on his right wrist along with black and white design to his uniform! Check out the incredbile Dio shots for these guys! This is the version of Storm Shadow when he joins the Joes.
He has some waist pouches and in a little bit of a ninja battle shirt. 2 katanas sheathed on his right hip. Huge back pack with all his gear. He has a ninja samurai commando feel. Archer shoulder armor is removable. He is covered in cammo deco.
Whether Storm Shadow is stretching or mastering his Ninja moves, he is ready for action!
Storm Shadow is diving for dear life off a cliff! It’s cool to see the textures of the figures in these images.
Here we can see the officiail packaging for Storm Shadow V2.
He comes with two swords, extra hands, two claws, a compound bow, and a backpack. There is also a super cool double sword sheath on his right side.
Alpine
Alpine is looking amazing with a rope piece across his chest, a gaggle of carabiners on his belt and his signature hat! Alpine looks amazing scaling a mountain!
He comes with a pick axe, a real piece of rope and grappling hook so he can go mountaineering!
More Dio shots of Alpine, and he looks amazing and so classic! He has his classic look with all his mountain climbing gear. His shirt says “Idaho” because he is from Idaho.
Here you can see Alpine in his official packaging including a real rope and grappling hook, a bunch of carabiners on his belt and his signature hat!
Alpine comes with a packout that is part reuse of weapons from other figures.
Iron Grenadier
The Iron Grenadier’s uniform looks a lot more formal than I thought it would, with the coat extending down to the knees. He comes with his classic weapons and a black and gray color scheme.
Molded after the Pursuit of Cobra style of the Iron Grenadiers. Change of gloss and matte paint apps for more interest. Comes with Destro blaster, Sabre, holsters pistols. The Sash comes off.
Looks like we are also getting a Steel Brigade repaint in the future.
More amazing battle scene dio shots!
The Iron Grenadier looks more like a general than a soldier you can army build so hoping they come out with n Iron Grenadier in the that looks more like the vintage figure in the future.
The Iron Grenadier comes with a new helmet and the rest of the weapons are reused from other figures.
Iron Grenadier BAT
The Iron Grenadier BAT looks like something out of the Terminator franchise and the red orb between the eyes looks like he is a descendant of Hal 9000 from 2001 A Space Odyssey.
The gold weapons and attachments look super slick. The BAT also comes with an alternate red face shield and, you want to swap it out with a first release BAT, you can make it look like the cartoon version.
This is going to be a great army builder for sure!

The IG BAT is packed in the new box style and the rd background really sets the figure off!
The Iron Grenadier BAT comes with his usual packout but all in a gold paint app.
Retro Card Back Reveals
Yo Joe June is off to a great start with with announcing digital render reveals of SAW Viper and Dial Tone! They also revealed three amazing figures coming to the GI Joe Classified Series Retro Cardback line! Retro Stalker, Cobra Trooper, and a vac metal face Cobra Commander will be joining the line!
Stalker
Stalker is featured in his classic bright green cammo and comes with a loadout similar to his regular release.
The figure is looking amazing and love that we are getting a retro release in his lighter colors because his first release was too dark!
He’ll look amazing standing on his own or next to his vintage figure if you decide to pair them together!
Cobra Trooper
An army builder, the retro Cobra Trooper, is joining the ranks of the GI Joe Classified Series retro cardback line!
He looks amazing his his classic ARAH colors!
This figure looks awesome and he’ll be a great addition to the GI Joe Classified series retro cardback line!
Cobra Commander
Cobra Commander will also be joining the retro cardback line for the second but as a mainline release!
This classic Cobra Commander with a vac metal face. The colors are from the Sunbow cartoon with light blue undershirt and white belt.
CoCo looks amazing and what a great idea to skin him in his classic colors!
Mad Marauders
If you recall, the Sarge, Spirit, and Low-Light were leaked way back in February 2024 but it’s great to see an image of the Sarge out of his package!
Here we get to some so really cool diorama shots of the Mad Marauders!
Sgt. Slaughter
Sarge is one tough S.O.B! Look at him doing one handed push ups!
Watch out Cobra, Sarge is coming for ya!

Low Light & Spirit 2 Pack- Mad Marauders
Low Light and Spirit has also both already been released in the GI Joe Classified Series line, but this is now a Mad Marauders repaint in their beautiful blue, green and brown color scheme.

It looks like Low Light is packed with a ton of extra accessories, like his backpack, sniper rifle, rifle case, knife and a couple more items we can’t make out from this image. Spirit comes with his bird Niyol, a shovel, backpack, rifle and gun. There might be a few more accessories, but again from this image it’s hard to tell.
Digital Render Reveals
Yo Joe June kicked off today and rather than spreading out the reveals across the entire month, they are doing the entire reveals today! In addition to showing off the next wave of GI Joe Classified Series figures, they also digitally render revealed two main line characters. Previously name only revealed, the SAW Viper and Dial Tone will be joining the line!
Dial Tone
Dial Tone has a cell phone that holsters into his pocket. His beret comes off. He has a more modern communications back pack.
Dial Tone was announced as a name only reveal on the GI Joe FanStream on Leap Day 2024!
Stronox Customs did an incredible job creating what a Classified Series scale Dial Tone figure could look like!
He comes with a magnetic backpack, his classic rifle and a removable boot knife.
Saw Viper
The Saw Viper is in his classic purple outfit and his helmet is removable. He’ll be hitting collectors hands in 2025.
The SAW was also announced as a name only reveal on the GI Joe FanStream on Leap Day 2024!
Stronox Customs also created a Classified Series scale SAW Viper that is a nod to his vintage figure!
Again, Stronox knocked this one out of the park as he comes with his classic style machine gun and backpack!
Cobra Stinger
The Cobra Stinger comes with amazing blast effects and it looks larger than life in 6″ scale.
Here we have some incredible diorama images! The included blast effects are amazing!
