McDonald’s coming to NECA NY Toy Fair 2026 Booth Images

New York Toy Fair 2026 has been super exciting with our very own Michael on the convention floor! But for me the most exciting part of NY Toy Fair this year was seeing the new McDonaldland characters coming to NECA. I screamed with delight when I saw them! As many of you know, I am a huge McDonaldland fan, as I have the actual 1980’s McDonaldland playset with working train and all the dolls! So you can only imagine how I felt when I saw that NECA was going to be making a Ronald McDonald, Grimace and Hamburglar Ultimates figures, bobble heads, Ben Cooper Kids and Phunny Plushies with McDonald characters! Will we ever see Mayor McCheese and Officer Big Mac? So let’s check out these McDonald’s coming to NECA NY Toy Fair 2026 booth images!

Here we can see the Ben Cooper Costume kids for Hamburlar and Birdie, and the Ultimates of Grimace, Roland and Hamburglar

Ultimates

The most exciting thing on display was the NECA Ultimate figures. They had a prototype of Grimace and cardboard cut outs for Ronald and Hamburglar! I can’t wait to see what the prototype are going to look like for those! Maybe we will see them at San Diego Comic Con this year!

Ben Cooper Costume Kids

Next to the Ultimates were 2 new Ben Cooper Costume kids. One of Hamburglar and one of Birdie. They each come with a Happy Meal Halloween Boo Bucket!

Phunny Plushies

Also on display were Birdie and Hamburglar Phunny Plushies. How adorable are these? They need to make more of the characters! I want to see Mayor McCheese and Officer Big Mac!

Bobble Heads

There were two bobble heads on display as well. One of Hamburglar and one for Grimace. It makes you wonder if they only got the character license for these 3 characters?

A closer look at the Grimace Bobblehead. He has a soda drink in his hand and is standing on a nice display of Grimace Island.

Hamburglar Bobble Head has a grassy base with a bunch at hamburgers on the ground.

Lastly there was a what looks like a McDonald’s Christmas village. It’s cool and very cute.

Toy Sorceress’ McDonaldland Collection

Growing up, my fondest childhood memories were of my birthday parties at McDonalds with my friends and playing in the McDonaldland play yard! We used to have so much fun and I always loved the McDonaldland characters. I always wanted a plush Ronald and Grimace and all the gang! And boy the greatest grail of all was the McDonaldland train playset! I always wanted one of those with all the little characters! Fast forward many years later and as an avid toy collector, I promised myself, someday I would have one! Well about 3 years ago, I was able to obtain a complete playset working with all the figures! So enjoy a look at my McDonalds collection below!

These are the slightly more modern releases of the orignal McDonaldland characters. I think they came out in the 90’s or early 2000’s. Plus these little vintage happy meal tricycle riders!
