I love it when the community comes through like this. Huge thanks to @turtlechris82 on Instagram for sending us these fantastic in-hand shots of the TMNT x GI Joe Crossover Wave 1 figures. We’ve been following this crossover closely since it was first announced, covering everything from the initial reveal in our GI Joe Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Crossover Coming April 2026 post to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x GI Joe Crossover Official Images & Booth Images and later the full Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles GI Joe Crossover Official Images. We even tracked all the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x GI Joe Crossover Preorders for those of you looking to lock these in. Now seeing them in-hand really puts the whole package into perspective. The mashup designs look great out of the box, and these photos give us a solid look at the sculpt work, paint applications, and accessories up close. It’s one thing to see official promo shots, but in-hand images always tell the real story of how a figure holds up once it’s in your hands under normal lighting so check out the full gallery for yourself.
Cobra Commander X Shredder
Cobra Commander X Shredder came out awesome as the merging the Foot Clan and Cobra into one clean design really comes through here. You also get a better look at the holster strapped to his thigh, with its buckled retention strap adding a military edge to the traditional Shredder design.

He’s is loaded up with silver claw gauntlets, a katana, and a throwing star, all layered over that blue bodysuit with its red cape flowing behind. @turtlechris82 framed this to show just how much hardware he’s carrying, with the sculpted Cobra emblem on the chest and the pointed helmet tying the whole mashup together.

From the back, the cape has a great sculpted drape with deep folds that give it real weight and flow. You can also see how the helmet’s rear detailing and the layered shoulder armor wrap cleanly around to complete the look from every angle.

You can see the sculpted ridges running along the gauntlet bracers and the segmented armor plating on the shins, all tightly detailed even at this scale. The cape wraps around the neck and sits snugly beneath the helmet’s visor slit, breaking up the blue and silver cleanly.

Roadblock X Raph
Roadblock Raphael is gripping the minigun with both hands here, and you can really appreciate the textured crosshatch pattern on the canister barrel along with the revolving chamber sculpt packed with individual missile tips. The tripod legs splay out with thin, forked feet that keep the whole weapon propped upright, while the flexible amo lines snake back toward the figure’s body. The turtle shell helmet also sits great on his head!

Roadblock Raphael comes outfitted with a full military loadout, from the brown utility belt and harness to the black boots and knee pads layered over his green skin and orange plastron. That minigun beside him is a chunky, oversized piece with sculpted lines and a tripod stand, perfectly blending the TMNT and GI Joe aesthetics.

The shell sculpt from the back shows clean hexagonal plating with a muted olive tone that contrasts nicely against the brighter green skin. The red bandana tails drape off to one side while the black harness straps frame the shell symmetrically, with the brown belt cinching everything together at the waist.

You get a solid look at how the harness buckle sits against the plastron with a small sculpted clasp detail. The red knee pads and elbow bands pop against the orange and green, and those black boots have a thick, treaded sole sculpt that grounds the whole military vibe.

Snake Eyes X Leo
This mashup blends the best of both worlds with Snake Eyes uniform and Leo’s character coming through. The gun at his feet has a compact, dual-barrel design with a green grip section that nods to the ooze-infused TMNT aesthetic. You can see the belt buckle’s circular ‘L’ emblem from the front here, along with the blue sash tails hanging loosely at the waist, adding a ninja touch to the otherwise tactical gear.

The alternate head sculpt swaps the masked look for a wide, toothy grin with blank white eyes and a red shaped mark near the left brow, giving you a full unmasked turtle face beneath that blue helmet piece. @turtlechris82 got in close enough to show the individual teeth sculpted along the jawline and the subtle brow furrow carved into the green skin.

The back of Snake Eyes Leo reveals a large X-shaped sheath sculpted onto the shell, with the blue strap running diagonally across and the mask tails trailing off to one side. The shell itself has a rounded, segmented sculpt with subtle panel lines, and the blue accents at the knees and elbows pop sharply against the all-black body.

You can see the holster sculpted onto the hip from this side profile, with a flap detail keeping it flush against the thigh armor. Both katanas are gripped tightly, their curved blades extending past the helmet, and the green skin on the exposed elbow joint creates a sharp contrast against the surrounding black colors.

The front view gives you a clear look at the visor, where the narrow white eye slit sits recessed beneath the blue helmet ridge, framed by the green face sculpt underneath. The chest has a segmented, muscular sculpt with small silver rivets along the shoulders.

Storm Shadow X Slash
Storm Shadow Slash is clearly the standout in the wave as he captured perfectly! The Cobra emblem stamped on the chest of the white gi is front and center, sitting just above the crossed bandolier straps that feed into that skull-studded belt. The pink accents at the shoulders and forearms create an unexpected color break against the teal and white, and those yellow fingertip claws match the bright toenails perfectly.

The back harness on Storm Shadow Slash holds a quiver packed with feathered arrows and two katanas slotted upright, all sculpted with clean, individual definition.

Storm Shadow Slash’s front profile shows off that massive, top-heavy build with the wide teal shoulders and arms dwarfing the gray lower legs, and the pink belt band with its sculpted pouch detailing wrapping tight across the midsection. The head sculpt has a great snarling mouth full of individually carved teeth beneath a white dome with a single yellow eye, while the teal fin ridges along the back flow into the shell’s rocky, barnacle-like texture.

He’s loaded down with gear here, gripping a spiked mace with a hefty, riveted ball head while also carrying a serrated chainsaw blade, and you can see the twin sai claws extending from the knuckles on the opposite hand. The skull-shaped buckle on the black belt and the yellow toenail details really finish off the figure.
