The one and only Mr. Home Arcade has done it again and scored the Wave 24 MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Frosta! In MHA fashion, he is doing a solid for collectors who want to see the figures in-hand and up close and personal the only way he knows how! Hot off the heels of his Wave 24 Buzz-Off review, he follows up with Frosta and she looks stunning on her MOTU Origins 40th Anniversary Cartoon Collection card back. Her She-Ra Princess of Power cartoon inspired episode is based on “Black Snow”. The card back art features Frosta and She Ra battling some snow cats and looks incredible. So let’s dive into these Frosta MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection in-hand images.

Official Product Description: This Masters of the Universe Origins Frosta action figure from the Cartoon Collection is inspired by the original She-Ra: Princess of Power TV series from the 80s and celebrates the 40th anniversary of the show! This MOTU toy of the young royal from the Kingdom of Snows has a vintage look but is designed at 5 1/2-inch scale with the modern posability of 16 movable joints. She comes dressed in a jeweled uniform with removable cape and has 2 translucent “icy” arm spirals, representing her ability to manipulate snow and ice. Her appearance and ice spirals are inspired by the “Black Snow” episode. A mini-comic is included for story context.

No one can pose Frosta like Mr. Home Arcade! He really captures here frosty magic!

I just love how the female figures all look posed together. You can see how they are all based on the same buck, but look incredibly unique all their own!

Wave 24 Mini Comic
Mr. Home Arcade also snapped images of the Wave 24 mini comic!

Pages 1 and 2
Hordak triumphantly claims the fortress amidst chaos as dark forces from Despondos, that overwhelm Snake Mountain. Meanwhile, the heroes rally outside Castle Grayskull, facing dire odds, Hordak has launched a two-pronged invasionโattacking Eternia with horrors from Despondos and threatening Etheria with his monstrous armada. Skeletor, left alone, was captured in the events of previous mini-comics. As She-Ra and the Crystal Castle are surrounded, the heroes realize they must reopen the rift between Eternia and Etheria to send aid.

Pages 3 and 4
Skeletor is attacked by ancient, otherworldly beings from Despondos who seek physical form, leaving his soul ravaged. Amid his suffering, a former mentor, Hordak, confronts him emotionally and physically, expressing deep regret and betrayal. He recounts how he saved and empowered Skeletor (formerly Keldor), raising him as his own, only to be abandoned when he needed help most. The page ends with a dramatic accusation and a haunting reminder of the damage caused Skeletor.

Pages 5 and 6
Skeletor lashes out, rejecting the idea that he was savedโclaiming instead he was cursed and molded into a monster by his former master. He sees his pursuit of power as a desperate attempt to escape the self-loathing created by that manipulation. Their brutal confrontation escalates as Hordak mocks Skeletorโs pain and promises even deeper psychological torment. Despite the darkness, a glimmer of hope emerges: the gateway between Eternia and Etheria opens, and She-Ra is on her way. The battle isnโt overโhope lives on as long as itโs fought for. To be continued…
