GI Joe Classified Series Hasbro Pulse Con 2023 preorders and reveals are slotted for September 22, 2023 starting at 8am PT / 11am ET

Hasbro Pulse Con is set for September 22, 2023 starting at 8am PT / 11am ET and they will have some amazing exclusives going up for preorder! They have set up a page on their website that showcases a 30 second promo video for Hasbro’s virtual con and based on the SDCC 2023 Pulse Con reveals, this is going to an epic Pulse Con to round out Hasbro’s offerings in 2023. Expect pipeline reveals, digital renders, and product reveals for toy lines including GI Joe Classified Series, Star Wars, Power Rangers, Magic the Gathering, Avalon Hill, Dungeons & Dragons, and Marvel. The only properties we will be covering for Hasbro Pulse Con 2023 are GI Joe Classified Series and possibly Star Wars and we already know the Pulse Con exclusive figures for those lines. We also speculate on the figures that could be going up for preorder for the GI Joe Classified Series. So let’s take a look!

GI Joe Classified Series

The Gi Joe Classified team is on fire this year and they stole the show at SDCC 2023 with their gaggle of name only pipeline reveals and digital renders for upcoming figures! What is amazing is that they are surprising collectors by sending the name only pipeline reveals straight to production, which we saw at SDCC 2023 most recently with their Mutt and Junkyard reveal and the Crimson Strike Team. Although technically they did show a digital render of the Crimson Strike Team at SDCC 2023, they showed the figures and box art during their panel.

Crimson Strike Team Pulse Con Exclusive

The long rumored Crimson Strike Team was teased on the box art for the GI Joe Classifies Series SDCC 2023 exclusive Chuckles and was revealed and shown at the The Crimson colors match the rest of the Crimson figures. Baroness comes with swappable glasses and hair. This will still be in plastic free packaging. They will come packed in a “briefcase” looking box, with some faux gold bars and the 3 crimson Strike team figures. This is the same brief case that Chuckles can be seen carrying.

The Crimson Strike Team was also on display at SDCC 2023 and the figures look even better in person! The Baroness has a nice shiny paint app on her upper torso and the gold accents they added to Tomax and Xamot really make them feel premium!

Possible Figure Reveals

Based on early information and speculation for the next wave of GI Joe Classified Series figures and what was shown at SDCC 2023, we feel like the product reveals for the next GI Classified Series wave are the following figures!

Buzzer

He has slick back hair with his signature ponytail, and stubble on his face. He comes with his chain saw of course.

Ripper

He comes with removable sunglasses and his classic weapons. He is sporting his signature mohawk. 

Shockwave

Shockwave in his classic colors. He includes a swat shield and a removable hat. He has digital style cammo.

Helix

She is the ultimate weapon character, data fighting. She comes with Mantua blades you can put on her arms.

General Hawk

Hawk is looking very World War II hero with a dry brush on his leather jacket. He comes with 2 sets of goggles. He has a nice touch of grey on his temples. 

Other Digital SDCC Render Reveals

There were other digital render reveals and we are not sure when and where these figures will go up for preorder or be revealed but it’s also a possiblity that the following figures and/or vehicles will be revealed at Hasbro Pulse Con 2023.

Python Patrol Copperhead

Python Patrol Copperhead is a repaint of the first release of Copperhead that came out not too long ago.

Python Patrol Cobra Officer

Python Patrol Cobra Officer is also a repaint of the first release.

VAMP & Clutch

We also got treated to a surprise reveal of the VAMP and Clutch! Ribbon feed ammo. It fits 2 figures inside. It has a gear shift. The ontop are removeable. It has a tow hitch. Clutch comes with a helmet and tool belt that you can mix and match on other figures.

SMS & Techno Viper

He has a read a screen on his right forearm to read schematics. On the side of the SMS it has a control screen on it. It comes with pneumatic weapons as well. Rockets s are about 9” long each.

Mutt and Junkyard

As a surprise to all of us, Mutt and Junkyard showed up in the Hasbro Display booth at SDCC 2023! He is one of the more recent figures that have gone from name only reveal straight to production, joining Tripwire. Cobra Eels, and Snow Serpent to name a few. Mutt and Junkyard look absolutely spectacular, with incredible detail! The Junkyard looks great wearing that dog vest, and Mutt has a very gritty look on his face, They even included arm and chest hair on him!
