MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Card Front Art Reveal

Roy Juarez released the card front art for the new waves Masters of the Universe Cartoon Collection figures, that shows off mad skills of the insanely talented fetch.franciscoetchart. He’s released the carded figures of She-Ra, Mantenna, and Ram Man for everyone’s viewing pleasure but now we get to see an unobstructed view of the glorious, ominous art that adorns these beautiful cards and sets off the figures. With the Horde invasion theme pervasive with the figure releases, Hordak hovering over Castle Grayskull with a red/orange motif is the perfect transition from the colorful, more jubilant card fronts that proceeded this one. I related this art to the Empire (Horde) Strikes Back as it portrays a darker, more sinster look for the upcoming waves.

August 30, 2024: Mantenna Card Art Reveal

The new card front for the 40th Anniversary She-Ra cartoon Collection figures is truly spectacular and it’s amazing to see Shadow Weaver teased as we did not get her in the She-Ra and the Princess of Power vintage collection line. We can also see the cross sell Wave 21, which also features She-Ra and Ram Man. Roy announced on his Instagram page, “📺 As Seen On “A Loss for Words.”

Here is a profile view of Mantenna and instead of coming packed with an artifact from an episode, he features a cool pop out eye action feature.

Ram Man comes on the stellar 40th Anniversary She-Ra Princess of Power card and this rounds out the Wave 21 card reveals.
