Roy Juarez and team are on a roll and have released the Masterverse Emperor Hordak, Sy-Klone and Leech official box art video teases. Today, the focus is on Thunder Punch He-Man! Roy announced on his Instagram page, “Thunder Punch He-Man, the Heroic Leader with a Thunder Punch! He-Man dons the ancient Thunder Punch armor, and defends the recovered arcane artifact, the Eye of Grayskull, against Skeletor’s”
Thunder Punch He-Man
TP He-Man features a very cool scene of him using this Thunder Punch powers to give New Eternia Skeletor a taste of the back of his hand or the font of his fist, depending on how you look at it. The back of the box features actual images of the figures and it looks like He-Man laid waste to a Horde temple as you can see Hordak’s statue in ruins.
One side of the box has an image of Thunder Punch He-Man, and there is a tease of Snake Mountain gates in the background. The other side has a beautiful illustration of Thunder Punch He-Man portrait and action scene of him punching.
New Eternia Thunder Punch He-Man Official Images
The head sculpt might look mighty familiar as Thunder Punch He-Man is sporting the New Eternia Faker head! I’ve been a fan of that head sculpt as it is one of the better heads I’ve seen on He-Man. He comes with a new chest harness and two thunder punch fist blast effects so he can pull a double whammy one-two punch on the evil warriors. He has new designed forearm gauntlets and a golden power sword. There is a light brown paint app on his loin cloth and boots, which goes well with the red harness and armor.
He looks very cool with his Thunderpunch effect!
Here we can see some images from the back as well! The backpack pays homage to the cap effect that the original vintage Masters of the Universe Thunder Punch He-Man came with.
New Eternia Thunder Punch He-Man In Hand Images
We covered in hand images from yours truly, of Masterverse New Eternia Thunder Punch He-Man vs Leech! I have to say that this version of New Eternia Thunder Punch He-Man looks incredible in person!
The sides of the box reveal a Snake Mountain scene on the left side and a beautiful illustration of Thunder Punch He-Man on the right.
These new Masterverse figures look incredible! There is some amazing new sculpted detail and painted shading to the figures bodies that make them so very premium and much higher quality than previous releases! Thunder Punch He-Man wins some point for style with those Thunder Punch effects!
He looks so good fighting against Leech!
The bright colors, and classic character specific accessories make these new Mastersverse figures a must have! Leech has the advantage with all new tooling and amazing details!
In the end, the battle of Thunder Punch He-Man vs. Leech, both figures have great accessories, incredible detail and a premium paint app quality to them. Given Leech’s extensive new tooling and detail on every bit of his body, I have to call Leech the winner of this battle!

I was never a fan of that head sculpt on Faker, and when first revealed, I was a bit disappointed. But after getting this figure in hand, I have to say that this Thunder Punch He-Man looks just incredible and this head sculpt seems to suit him well!

I love the homage to the vintage Thunder Punch He-Man figure as he comes packed with 2 faux gun caps, one gold one and one red one. You can open his backpack and place one back there. The second can be placed in his shield as the vintage figure did as well!
