The Tiger Force Outback GI Joe Classified Series figure keeps going in and out stock at target.com and has been for months so you need to catch it at the right time. At the time of publishing this article, the figure is listed as “In Stock” but I am sure by the time you are reading this it has sold out again.

Vintage Tiger Force European Outback
Personally, this is my favorite version of Outback and I used to have this one in my collection but regrettably sold it back in 2019. A momentary a lapse of reason perhaps? This 1990 version of Outback is a European exclusive that came out in 1990 along with six other Tiger Force figures. Outback came with a black Hekler & Koch rifle, a brown web belt, a green flashlight, and a brown survival backpack.
