Pizza Thrower and Toilet Taxi TMNT Playmates 40th Anniversary Reissues

Playmates keeps coming with their incredible 40th Anniversary TMNT Reissues, and this time it’s their Pizza Thrower and Toilet Taxi Vehicles! These new vehicles are very nostalgic and feature classic artwork on the packages as well. Thanks Jay Baron for posting these images of the new TMNT Toilet Taxi reissue being found at Target in California, and thanks to the Baroness of Toys for the heads up! Also big thanks to M Smith TMNT for posting images of the Pizza Thrower and great package image of the Toilet taxi. We have not yet found the online listings for these yet, but we will be sure to update you when we do.

As you can see these new packages have very nostalgic artwork illustrations on the boxes! These are works of art to any TMNT Playmates collector! I just love Bebop and Shredder on the Pizza Thrower box! And Donnie riding the Toilet Taxi is hilarious!

Pizza Thrower

The TMNT Playmates Pizza Thrower reissue is a remake of the original 1989 version. You can still get a hold of the vintage Pizza Thrower via eBay. You can see that it stands 10.5″ high, and comes with like 8 pizza pies to load up in your pizza thrower. There is a seat to place your turtle on and a place to load the pizza discs. There is also a flag that reads “We deliver!”

Toilet Taxi

The Toilet Taxi is starting to show up in Target stores. As you can see there is incredible artwork on this package as well. It includes an exclusive Donatello action figure as well. He comes wearing helmet and googles as well. This is a hilarious vehicle that is basically a toilet seat sitting on top of an atv type vehicle complete with a shower head and “Flush the Foot” flag. You can purchase the vintage Toilet Taxi on eBay.
