We’d reported that this She-Ra Barbie was confirmed back in April 2025 but we had yet to see official images. In honor of She-Ra’s 40th Anniversary, Mattel is pulling out all the stops, and the next big release is a Barbie doll fit for Etheria’s mightiest champion. Set to hit Mattel Creations on June 18, 2025 and will retail for $55. This new She-Ra Barbie brings the iconic heroine to life with flowing, rooted hair—just like the classic ’80s figure—and a scale worthy of her legendary status. Thanks to our eagle-eyed reader Vince, who spotted early images online, we’ve got your first sneak peek at what’s sure to be one of the most magical She-Ra collectibles yet.

August 4, 2025 Update: Melendy Britt Signing

She-Ra fans now have a unique opportunity to add a personal touch to their collections, as Melendy Britt, the voice behind the Princess of Power, has announced through Facebook that she will be autographing the new She-Ra Barbie. Partnering with CelebWorx, collectors who order the figure from Mattel can send it in to be signed and returned, perfect for those unable to meet her at a convention. Even if you already own the She-Ra Barbie, you can still take part by sending yours in for signing. Britt expressed her gratitude to CelebWorx and Mattel for making this possible, with Chris Arsaga of CelebWorx providing the official send-in link for fans to get started: “Celebworx has made it possible for me to sign the new SheRa Barbie after you order from Mattel. In case I am not at a convention near you, when you purchase from Mattel and receive her, send to Celebworx and I can autograph her.  They will send back to you! July 14th, 2025 Update: 2nd Chance USA Preorder

Today, Mattel announced via their Masters Instagram story, that there is going to be a second chance to get the 40th Anniversary Barbie She-Ra on July 18th at 9am PST on Mattel Creations.com! So if you missed out on She-Ra the first time around, here is your second chance to get her!

More information on the restock shows that this won’t ship until Spring 2026!
