8/17/2022: Official Images of GI Joe Reaction Wave 4 Figures

Today on Super7’s Instagram page, we finally got official images of the leaked Wave 4 figures, and boy is this a fantastic new wave! We have new Joes and Cobras plus female Cobra Trooper army builders and Joe Camo Greenshirt army builders. Holy smokes, Zartan changes color in the sun! Each of the army builders have variations. For instance, with the GI Camo Green Shirts feature different skin tones, with and without beards and with googles up and down, plus different weapons. The female Cobra Troopers also have different skin tones, and different hair color and styles as well. That way you can army build with an amazing looking variety of characters!

This wave includes:

• Zartan: color changing!
• Cobra Commander v3– with cape and snake staff
• Shipwreck and Polly
• Cobra B.A.T
• Covergirl (blonde hair)
• Snake Eyes V4: (Snakeling version)
• Female Cobra Troopers: 6 different versions

New listings for Super7’s Gi Joe 3-3/4″ ReAction Figures wave 4 have popped up on Entertainment Earth and BBTS! There are several new characters and some army builders included in this new wave! It looks like the ship date shows coming this September 2022! If you haven’t checked out the newest Wave 3, I highly recommend it! These new figures turned out fantastic, and there were a lot of fan favorites in Wave 3! They included: Mutt, Roadblock, Flint, Snake Eyes v2, Firefly (blue comic version), Baroness (in black outfit), and Cobra Commander (Regal Outfit). There are also some new army builders that have yet to be released in Wave 3 of Cobra Snakeling Troopers and GI Joe Female Combat Engineers! These new ReAction figure lines are going deep into the GI Joe Universe and coming out fast and furious! Wave 4 is shaping out to also be another amazing Wave! There are usually 6 characters in a Wave and then 2 sets of Army Builders, so let’s take a look at who’s coming in Wave 4! The 5 POA Reaction line of figures isn’t for everyone, but I know I am personally a fan of the line, so I am super excited about the new listings!

For those of you who aren’t too familiar with the previous waves of GI Joe ReAction figures that have come out in the past, below are photos of Waves 1, 2 & 3 plus the special release of the Arctic Rescue Set! These are true Sunbow inspired 5 POA Kenner style action figures! Once you start collecting these, you will be hooked! Target Secret Exclusives!

Super7 has quietly released 2 retail figures so far, in Target stores that are kind of a “secret” release of the line. The first of the figures was the light blue Indian Funskool Secret Service Snake Eyes. And now the second figure to secretly start popping up on shelves is the Red Ninja, also known as the “Red Satan”, originally from Argentina by Plastorama! These secret releases are so much fun as there is basically no official news of them being part of the line, and they are showing up on shelves! So, you never know what else Super7 has up their sleeve! This is part of the fun of this Super7 ReAction Line. I am a huge fan of the Red Ninja and hope to find one in store! Also being that his original figure is from Argentina, that holds an extra special place in my heart, as that is where I (Toy Sorceress) was born, and I still have a ton of family there. So I gotta find me one of these!

Toy Photography fun

These GI Joe ReAction figures are great fun to set up and take cool photos! The great thing is, since they are 3-3/4″ they are compatible with a lot of the GI Joe Retro collection and vintage O-ring ARAH vehicles! So you can have a blast tasking photos of them!
