We have received one of Super7’s SDCC 2025 Exclusives, and it is incredible! Yes it is the Super7 ThunderCats Mumm-Ra’s Tomb Fortress SDCC 2025 exclusive 2 pack! Spin the dial and watch as evil decaying form of Mummy Mumm-Ra transforms into his Mumm-Ra the Ever Living! Yes this stunning new Vintage Style figure 2 pack has stunning packing which mimics the ThunderCats LJN vintage Mumm-Ra’s Tomb Fortress Playset! Then is has a cool feature where you spin the dial, and the figure transforms into his other Mumm-Ra version. How creative are these designers from Super7? We saw the Vintage style 5.5′ Mummy Mumm-Ra on display at the Super7 New York Toy Fair 2025 Booth, and now we have him in this exclusive 2 pack. Hopefully we will expect for him to come out in a single carded version as well. This set was an SDCC exclusive, but is still available for purchase on Walmart.com and SUPER7.com. In Hand Images

Now this set is so cool in package that we will not be removing the figures from the packaging, as this recreates the vintage LJN Mumm-Ra’s tomb playset! Here you can see that this is a sqaure box that has two flaps that fold up to reveal the two beasts on either side of Mumm-Ra’s Tomb! Then in the center is where the action figure is hiding. You first see Mummy Mumm-Ra and then turn the dial on top and it will reveal, Mumm-Ra The Ever Living!

You can see it is a square box where the 2 figures sit inside and spin by turning the dial on top. The packaging features a stone-like sculpted surface design with a cracked and weathered appearance, evoking the look of ancient rock or sarcophagus stone. At the center of the top panel is a circular cutout with a vertical black dial, labeled “SPIN TO TRANSFORM!” in bold yellow lettering. This interactive element is the mechanism used to rotate and reveal the transformation of Mumm-Ra from his mummified form into Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living.

Here you can see a close up of Mummy Mumm-Ra and Mumm-Ra the Ever Living. Displayed through the tomb-shaped window packaging, the two figures showcase Mumm-Ra’s dramatic transformation in 5.5″ scale with designs that pay homage to their vintage counterparts. The first figure, Mummy Mumm-Ra, features a wrapped, decayed body with blue skin and red eyes, draped in a red hooded robe with his mouth agape in a ghastly snarl. The second figure, Mumm-Ra the Ever Living, appears fully transformed and muscular, with the same blue skin tone but now adorned in his iconic red and blue loincloth, gold bracers, and the ThunderCats emblem prominently displayed on his chest.

Flanking either side of the Super7 Mumm-Ra’s tomb packaging are two bold, vintage-inspired character illustrations that pay homage to the original 1980s playset. On the left, a sinister green alligator with glowing red eyes and rows of sharp white teeth sits upright with claws resting over a draped gray robe. Its exaggerated scales and curled tail evoke the hand-painted charm of retro design. On the right, a muscular, bull-headed minotaur stands with arms folded, staring menacingly with red eyes and a sly grin. His golden-brown body and flowing gray robe mirror the stylized look of the vintage tomb guardians, completing the nostalgic feel of this retro display.

On the right, he has fully become Mumm-Ra the Ever Living!

New York Toy Fair 2025 Panthro and Mumm-Ra Vintage

Next in line in their 5-POA vintage series is Panthro and Mumm-Ra (Old Man)!

Pantho comes with his classic red and blue nunchucks and there are some really nice paint app details on his face sculpt. Old Man Mumm-Ra comes with his staff and an open mouth face sculpt!

Vintage LJN Mumm-Ra’s Tomb Fortress Playset
