New York Toy Fair 2025 continues with incredible new ThunderCats reveals by Super7! SUper7 featured 2 new ThunderCats Deluxe figures with Tygra and Cheetara. They also had on display their final production samples of ThunderCats Ultimates Light Up Eyes Lion-O and Light Up Eyes Mumm-Ra. They also had the next figures shown off in their ThunderCats Vintage line, whih Panthro and Mumm-Ra! Thanks to the many collectors and outlets that posted images, source links are below the photos. So let’s check put these new offerings from the Super7 ThunderCats New York Toy Fair 2025 Booth!
Here you can see the next figures included in the $35 Deluxe line. It is a new release of Tygra and Cheetara. They are offered at a lower price point but on a gorgeous retro style cardback with the white classic ThunderCats burst and logo.
You will notice that they fixed Tygra and gave him the elbow pad that was missing from the Ultimates version! I think these are the same molds as the original Ultimates, but this also gives collectors another chance to get these figures if they missed out the first time around. Both Tygra and Cheetara Ultimates fetch a pretty penny on the aftermarket!
Panthro and Mumm-Ra Vintage
Next in line in their 5-POA vintage series is Panthro and Mumm-Ra (Old Man)!
Pantho comes with his classic red and blue nunchucks and there are some really nice paint app details on his face sculpt. Old Man Mumm-Ra comes with his staff and an open mouth face sculpt!
Light Up Eyes Lion-O and Mumm-Ra SDCC Exclusives
Super7 has finally brought us the Ultimate version of Lion-O and Mumm-Ra that fans have been waiting for! Yes it’s a Super7 Ultimates SDCC Exclusive Lion-O and Mumm-Ra with light up eyes!
Close ups of the packaging and final production samples of Lion-O and Mumm-Ra. This all new sculpted Lion-O which looks very similra to the Deluxe Lion-O figure. He features battery-powered light-up LED eyes and comes with multiple interchangeable heads and hands, three different Sword of Omens, two of which have glow-in-the-dark effects! And also includes a two-headed Jade Dragon, and a pair of Claw Shields, which one is wearable! Mumm-Ra comes with a slew of accessories as well and they both look incredible. You can see that Lion-O has 3 included heads. 2 that look like they light up and 1 that perhaps doesn’t.

This version of Lion-O comes in brand new exclusive retro inspired packaging with a slip cover featuring a close up of Lion-O’s light up eye feature! Once you get past that gorgeous slip cover, you see the package within that features a window displace with the Light up Lion-O inside and the Cats Lair Head around the packaging! I love the retro “Eyes Light up” iconagraphy that used to be used on the vintage LJN Lion-O card backs and hope they incorporate it into the packaging somehow!
