Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters! Back at SDCC 2024, Mondo surprised us with brand new 1:12 scale super cartoon accurate The Real Ghostbusters figures of Peter and Egon with companion ghosts. These new 6″ scale figures look like stepped right out of the TV screen into your toy room! Now, don’t tell me just looking at these, that you don’t have the theme song playing in your head, cause I know I do! It’s incredible that Mondo is diving into the 6″ figure scale and that opens up a whole new realm of possibilities! Mondo is kicking off the line with their Peter & Samhain 2 pack, which includes Slimmer. They will follow up with their Egon and the Boogieman Collector’s set. These will be of premium quality and will go for a premium price point of $202 for the Collector’s set of figures or $101 for just the Ghostbuster heroes. The Collector’s Pack is a Timed Edition that is NOW LIVE 10/29 through Tuesday, November 26 at NOON CT.

Peter looks incredible with his proton stream posed in his hand and I love the translucent proton stream. Slimmer has a cool open mouth smile and has a very cool animated look. Slimmer can articulate his arms, and sits on a stand.
Such cool diorama shots of Samhain going up against Slimmer. Plus there is a mini Samain figure getting sucked into the ghost trap device.
Here you can see the incredible pack out of the Collector’s set. You get Peter with alternate head portrait, his proton pack and stream, ghost trap, gloved hands, Slimmer ghost, and Samhain being sucked into the trap. Plus you get the Samhain Ghost figure with 2 alternate heads and a set of alternate hands.
NYCC 2024 Reveals
During NYCC 2024 the Mondo team also revealed the final 2 Ghostbusters that we didn’t get to see at SDCC. They unvield Ray Stanz with an unknown ghost and Winston Zeddmore also with an unknown ghost.
SDCC 2024 Booth Reveals
The Real Ghostbusters Mondo SDCC 2024 Booth Reveals were an amazing surprise to all who visited the Mondo Booth. These premium 6″ action figures will come in a 2 pack to start with and then may be followed up by individual packs. Each two pack also includes a ghost companion.
Mondo discussed these figures at their panel and the Toy Tubers Unite 2 panel as well. Here they showed us the pack out that is included with each of the figure sets! We got some photos of the figures while we were there, so we sourced some additional photos from Instagram. Thanks to all who posted as it is hard to tell which are repost images or the original source, so we will source mondo ghostbusters • Instagram in general.
Egon & The Boogeyman
First up with have Egon & The Boogeyman! Don’t tell me that Boogeyman didn’t give you nightmares are a kid, LOL! Egon comes loaded with his proton pack, ghost trap, gloved hands, an energy blast, PKE Meter, trapped mini ghost and a blue ghost companion! The Boogeyman includes a set of alternate hands.

The second Real Ghostbusters set they had on display at SDCC 2024 was for Peter Venkman & Samhain with Slimmer Ghost! Here we can see the amazing pack out included in this set. Peter comes loaded with his proton pack, ghost trap, gloved hands, an energy blast, trapped mini ghost and a Slimmer ghost companion! Samhain includes two alternate heads and a set of alternate hands.
