Transformers Missing Link C-16 Arcee Headmasters Version Revealed by Takara Tomy
Takara Tomy has shared new promotional images of Transformers Missing Link C-16 Arcee (The Rebirth Type), giving collectors a closer look at the upcoming Headmaster-inspired release, including its transformation, accessories, and vintage-style packaging.
We previously covered Arcee’s color sample during our 64th All Japan Model Hobby Show coverage, where she was displayed in both robot and vehicle modes alongside the small gray Headmaster figure and a separate head sculpt.

The latest promotional material expands on that earlier reveal, with Takara Tomy highlighting the transforming Daniel Headmaster, revised head design, and packaging inspired by the original Transformers toy line.
Transformers Missing Link C-16 Arcee Figure Details
Arcee has an interesting history when it comes to Generation 1 Transformers toys. Despite becoming a major character following The Transformers: The Movie in 1986, she never received a mass-produced transforming action figure during the original G1 era. Takara Tomy’s Missing Link series revisits that missed opportunity with a vintage-inspired design featuring modern articulation.
C-16 takes its inspiration from The Rebirth, the three-part finale of the original American Transformers animated series, where Arcee became a Headmaster partnered with Daniel Witwicky.
The figure retains Arcee’s pink, white, and gray color scheme, with articulated limbs, mechanical detailing, and a revised helmet design. Takara Tomy’s comparison includes the orange-faced C-07 Arcee (Prototype Type), the white-helmeted C-08 Arcee, and the new C-16 version with additional gray framing around the helmet.
Daniel transforms into Arcee’s head and can also ride inside her open-top Cybertronian vehicle mode. The set includes two pink blasters, while the packaging features a vintage-style window box with retro Transformers graphics and an illustration of Arcee in robot mode.
