Walmart Collector Con is back for its July 2025 edition, kicking off on July 24th, which is the first day of San Diego Comic Con! While the timing might not be ideal for collectors attending the convention, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the event and tracking all the major preorders as they go live, usually starting at 7am. Based on early intel and some well-placed hunches, we’re expecting new drops from the G.I. Joe Classified Series, Masters of the Universe, Marvel, and more. Whether you’re on the ground at SDCC or refreshing from home, we’ve got you covered with all the updates and links you’ll need to score the latest reveals! Based on the countdown timer on Walmart Collector Con home page, the timing puts it right at July 24, 2025 at 7am PT / 12pm ET. The Night Force subline in the G.I. Joe Classified Series continues to be a Walmart exclusive, offering collectors unique, limited-run versions of fan-favorite characters. Known for their darker, stealth-inspired color schemes, these figures have become highly sought-after additions to the Classified lineup. With each release tied to Walmart Collector Con events, Night Force figures often sell out fast, making them must-haves for dedicated Joe fans.

Official images for the highly anticipated Night Force Beach Head and Quick Kick figures from the G.I. Joe Classified Series have surfaced, giving fans a closer look at these Walmart exclusive offerings ahead of their upcoming preorder. Set to go live as part of Walmart Collector Con’s July 2025 edition, collectors can mark their calendars for July 24, 2025 at 7am PT when the product pages officially open. Originally revealed at the G.I. Joe Classified Series booth during New York Toy Fair 2025, it’s exciting to finally see these Night Force figures making their way into collectors’ hands. With Walmart holding exclusivity on the Night Force subline, these figures are expected to be hot items, so make sure you’re ready when the drop goes live! Night Force Beach Head & Quick Kick come ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. This Deluxe Night Force Beach Head & Quick Kick figure set is bursting with 31 character-inspired accessory pieces. Beach Head comes with hand crossbow; satchel bag; backpack; 2 grenades; knife; and multiple weapon accessories. Quick Kick comes with 2 straight swords; 2 curved serrated choppers; alternate camouflaged head and alternate Oni mask head; alternate closed fists and knifehand-strike hands; backpack; 2 nunchuks; a shuriken with throwing effect; 2 knives; and weapon accessory; plus a fold-down team awareness device on his tactical vest.
The boxed images of the G.I. Joe Classified Series Night Force Beach Head & Quick Kick 2-pack highlight just how packed this exclusive set really is. The front of the package showcases both figures in a clean window display, with a vibrant blue insert background that makes each accessory and detail pop. Beach Head comes fully geared out with his tactical vest, signature mask, crossbow, long rifle, and sidearms, while Quick Kick is equipped with his signature twin swords, alternate masked and unmasked heads, a pair of ice-effect kicks, and an array of interchangeable hands. The box is branded with the Night Force logo and features the subline’s modern tactical styling. Flipping to the back, the action explodes to life with dynamic artwork showing Beach Head and Quick Kick storming through an urban battlefield. Quick Kick is shown wearing his alternate mask, while Beach Head’s stealthy color scheme ties into the Night Force motif. Beach Head sports his signature balaclava and a newly styled green tactical vest over a grid-patterned long-sleeve shirt, paired with digital camo pants and a brown harness system. He’s armed with a long-range rifle and various gear strapped to his belt and backpack, capturing a stealth-ready, special ops aesthetic. Quick Kick, in contrast, brings a more aggressive visual punch with a green vest, black tactical pants, and green accents on his leg armor and kneepads. One of the most highly anticipated Walmart exclusives for the G.I. Joe Classified Series is the Night Force Beach Head and Quick Kick 2-pack, which could very well be one of the featured preorders during this July’s Collector Con. The Night Force subline remains exclusive to Walmart, and this two-pack has already built up plenty of buzz. It was first displayed in physical form at New York Toy Fair 2025 and later received a digital render reveal during Yo Joe June 2025. With Collector Con set to drop new preorders on July 24, this fan-favorite duo seems like a strong candidate to go live!
Masters of the Universe: Masterverse Vintage Collection
Another potential highlight for this edition of Walmart Collector Con is the possibility of new preorders from the Masters of the Universe Masterverse Vintage Collection line. Way back on February 12, 2025, we received official confirmation that Stratos would be joining the Vintage Collection lineup, and that news was reinforced during Mattel’s massive MOTU catalog reveal in April. Fast forward to May 2025, we also got early word that Man-At-Arms is slated to join the line as well, though it’s unclear if he’ll be part of this particular Collector Con drop, especially since Stratos has already been formally announced by Mattel. Either way, we’re keeping our eyes peeled, as this subline continues to blend the nostalgia of vintage designs with the articulation and styling of Masterverse, making it a standout among collectors.

Walmart Collector Con July 2025 edition is just around the corner, and Masters of the Universe collectors have something new to soar over! The official product page and images for the Masterverse Vintage Collection Stratos figure have gone live, giving fans an early look at this feathered favorite ahead of the big drop. Set to go up for preorder on July 24, 2025 at 7am PT, this classic rendition of Stratos pays homage to his vintage roots with updated Masterverse styling. As part of the July 2025 Collector Con preview, this release is sure to be a high-flying highlight for MOTU fans gearing up for the event!

Stratos features a heavily textured gray body with sculpted fur detailing throughout his limbs and torso, staying true to his original design while enhancing it with the articulation and proportions of the Masterverse line. His red helmet, harness, and jetpack pop against the gray and blue color scheme, evoking the vintage figure’s palette.
This Masters of the Universe action figure of Stratos joins the Vintage Collection, designed at Masterverse 7-inch scale and inspired by the original MOTU toy design. With 30 points of articulation, Leader of the Bird People has deluxe glass eyes, removable wings and chest harness/jetpack. He comes with a second set of halter/backpack and wings in an alternate color, and an extra set of hands.
In the first image, Stratos is posed in a lunging action stance with his red feathered arms extended forward, emphasizing his mobility and flight-themed design. One of the most sought-after stretch goals from the Super7 Ultimates Cat’s Lair crowdfund—Astral Projection Lion-O—has been revived and added to the July 2025 preview lineup. While this ethereal variant didn’t make the cut during the original campaign, fans now have a second chance to bring this ghostly version of the ThunderCats leader home. The figure also includes interchangeable heads and hands, two Swords of Omens and Claw Shields.The figure will be available for preorder starting July 24, 2025 at 7am PT, so don’t miss out on locking in this long-lost gem and be sure to secure your Astral Projection Lion-O!
