From the early packaging reveals to the official images, this line has is going to be an amazing update to first iteration of figures that came out over 20 years ago, and seeing them in-hand through Mr. Home Arcade’s lens just takes it to another level. As always, he’s shared a ton of great photos. some creative, some downright fun, and aslo check out his full video reviews on his YouTube channel. Stay tuned, because if these early shots are any indication, the 200x Cartoon Collection is shaping up to be one of the most exciting MOTU Origins sub-lines yet and it looks like Mattel is going deep based on the Wave 5 and Wave 6 listings we’ve recently found.

He-Man
The figure shows a 200x MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection He-Man featuring a detailed sculpt with broad shoulders and muscular arms that capture his animated look perfectly. He’s holding a gray Power Sword with a newly tooled hilt design, and his chest harness sports the red 200x-style cross emblem with silver accents.

The brown loincloth, layered belt, and fur-trimmed boots add great texture to his outfit, and his determined expression gives him a look pose that feels straight out of the show.

From the side view, the figure highlights the 200x-inspired harness sculpt that wraps tightly across the chest and back, with detailed panel lines and buckle textures. You can see his angled jawline and flowing blond hair, captures the animated style perfectly.

The updated 200x Power Sword on top features a sleeker blade with sharper, angular grooves and a darker silver finish that gives it a more refined, metallic look. The hilt showcases a more intricate claw design and a circular centerpiece that feels closer to the animated weapon. By contrast, the earlier version below has a simpler sculpt more digital details with less depth in the blade etching and a bulkier center hub, which shows the evolution in detailing for this latest release.

MHA shows how parts swapping between different versions of 200x He-Man figures lets collectors mix and match elements like harnesses, bracers, belts, and weapons to create custom combinations. The interchangeable limbs and weapons fit although the longer arms give the figure more a gorilla like appearance but we love how MHA shows how you can be flexible and blend older releases with the newest figure for personalized display setups.

Stratos
The 200x Stratos figure features a darker, more muscular sculpt with gray skin and a bold red and blue color scheme. His feathered wings are sharply detailed, fanning out from his arms with a natural curve that enhances the sense of flight.

The blue jetpack and wrist-mounted blasters add a mechanical edge, while his red goggles and feathered harness capture the animated 200x look perfectly.

From the side, Stratos shows off the impressive span of his sculpted wings, which extend naturally from his arms and taper to sharp points. The compact jetpack fits snugly between the wings, giving him a streamlined silhouette. His layered harness and feather texture stand out here, blending the organic and mechanical details that define the 200x look.

The 200x Stratos stands out from his predecessors with a darker, more battle-worn look that trades the bright blues and reds of earlier figures for muted tones. His sculpt is leaner and more muscular, with sharper facial features and a longer beard that give him a more serious, seasoned look. The feather detailing on his wings and armor is more intricate than the MOTU Origins versions, making this update feel like a natural evolution of the character’s classic design.

These images would not be complete with MHA’s personal flair! A lighthearted shot of Stratos showing some attitude, raising his hand in a cheeky pose that shows a bird giving the bird.

Beast Man
The 200x Beast Man figure looks ferocious with his broad chest, snarling expression, and sharp fangs sculpted in mid-roar with a derpy look on his face. He has thick, layered fur collar and curved horns with a dark loincloth and spiked bracers stay true to the 200x design. The black whip completes the look, and the figure’s articulation lets him strike dynamic, aggressive poses that show off his bulk and power.

These front and back shots of the 200x Beast Man highlight the impressive sculpt work in his fur and muscle definition. The layered mane flows over his shoulders with jagged, organic texture, while the back view shows off the subtle shaping of his torso and the way the fur blends into the figure’s upper back.

From the side, Beast Man’s massive fur mantle really stands out, sculpted to sit high on his shoulders. The curvature of his spine and forward-leaning posture give him an animalistic stance, emphasizing his brute strength.

The figure’s removable armor lets you strip him down completely, showing just his spiked wristbands, belt, and his classic furry briefs underneath. It’s a fun way to display the raw sculpt detail and see how much bulk the fur overlay adds when attached.

Tri-Klops
The figure features a sharp green and gold color scheme with sculpted armor plates that fit neatly across the shoulders and chest. His black skirt piece and matching boots balance the design, while the green visor and chest piping add great texture and contrast. The included sword that match the armor tone perfectly, giving him a cohesive, unified look.

These angles show off the figure’s solid construction, with the front view that show off the layered armor sculpt and tubing detail across the chest plate. The back reveals a clean design with minimal bulk, giving a better look at how the shoulder armor wraps around seamlessly. The green skirt sections add depth and a little pop of color.

The side view shows how the armor pieces contour to his upper body, keeping the shoulder pads close without restricting movement. His helmet features a detailed visor with distinct colored lenses.

Lined up with previous versions, this 200x Tri-Klops clearly shows the design evolution across the eras. His armor has more defined paneling, and the darker metallic green gives him a heavier, more tactical feel compared to the brighter MOTU Origins versions. The new visor sculpt adds extra depth, making him stand apart while still fitting seamlessly among the classic interpretations.

MHA shows off some creative parts swapping, blending armor and accessories from older Tri-Klops versions for a mixed look that still fits together seamlessly. On the right, a playful shot captures the figure mid-pose with a raised hand gesture, a tongue-in-cheek nod to Stratos’ earlier “bird” moment.

The shot pairs the first two evil warriors in the line, showing Beast Man towering over Tri-Klops, which makes for a great visual matchup that highlights their distinct personalities and sculpt details and height differences of the figures.
