Wave 2 Super7 ReAction+ GI Joe O-Ring In-Hand Images
It was just yesterday where we were treated to an in-hand carded image of Serpentor from the Wave 2 Super7 ReAction+ line! Flash forward to today, thanks to toydejour, we now have an in-hand look at two more figures from the wave! Scoring these figures at Target, where Serptentor was found, Fatal Fluffy and Ramar were also discovered and they look outstanding! We are so thrilled to see that the scale of Fatal Fluffy and Ramar dwarf the traditional 3 3/4″ Tiger Force Duke (who is not part of Wave 2 but just a stand in for size comparisons! We also get to see the accessories they come with as the Fatal Fluffy has a whip and a blaster and Ramar comes with, you guessed it, nada! All he needs are his hands with the spiked knuckles and he can inflict some serious pain!

Huge thanks to toyhuntershollow (via thefullforcepodcast by way of Michael Srisrakorn…yes it takes a village people!) for giving us the heads up so we can share these images with you! GI Joe Super7 ReAction+ O-Ring Wave 2 Confirmed
With a little Google magic and a little help from our Toy Habits friends, the GI Joe Super7 ReAction+ O-Ring Wave 2 figure assortment has been confirmed! This figure assortment will come with a cartoon versions of Duke, Serpentor, and Ramar plus a Fatal Fluffy! Duke, Ramar, and Fatal Fluffy were part of a previous ReAction+ leak discovered within Target’s database but Serpentor was a new one to add to the list! The ReAction+ listings come from a website called Amerang, an online retailer based out of the UK.

Duke Cartoon O-Ring
Duke is the heroic leader of the GI Joe Team, and he’ll be part of the 2nd wave of GI Joe ReAction+ Super7 O-Ring figures!

Taking a look at the GI Joe Reaction Sunbow inspired 5 POA version of Duke, can give us an idea of what this O-Ring version might look like.

To corroborate this, here is the listing from the Target system is below and DCPI number is: 087-26-2825

Ramar O-Ring
Ramar as you may recall went up against Duke in the first episodes of the GI Joe Sunbow cartoon in M.A.S.S Device when Cobra Commander captured Duke and used in as a pawn in his game room to fight against Ramar. Ramar has yet to ever be made into an action figure and his extra large stature will be very interesting to see how Super7 translates him into plastic form.

Sepentor (Cartoon Version)
Part of our favorite memories of the GI Joe Sunbow cartoons include the mini-series that they were made up of. One of my personal favorites is “Arise Serpentor Arise!” A 5 part mini-series that explains the creation and origins of the Supreme leader himself and how Dr. Mindbender created him.

According to Serpentor – Wikipedia:
Serpentor appears as the main antagonist in the second season of the original 1980s G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero animated series. Serpentor first appeared in the five-part second-season premiere “Arise, Serpentor, Arise!”, voiced by Dick Gautier. The animated version of Serpentor was designed to be a new, superior leader of Cobra created by Doctor Mindbender through a breakthrough in cloning research. He was conceived as the perfect warrior, extracted from the unearthed remains of some of the greatest generals and conquerors of all time as well as other notable historic figures – Julius Caesar, Napoleon Bonaparte, Attila the Hun, Philip II of Macedon and his son Alexander the Great, Ivan the Terrible, Vlad the Impaler, Hannibal, Genghis Khan, Grigori Rasputin, Montezuma, Geronimo, Eric the Red and fictional Egyptian general Xanuth Amon-Toth. In the animated continuity, Sun Tzu‘s DNA was also intended to be part of Serpentor’s creation, but the attempt to obtain his DNA was thwarted by Sgt. Slaughter, whose DNA was then intended for use as a substitute.
The first attempt to create Serpentor was sabotaged by Cobra Commander, who secretly dumped a mutant virus into the Sgt. Slaughter DNA chamber, causing a monster that rampaged throughout Cobra Island until it dissolved. During Doctor Mindbender’s second attempt, Cobra Commander is betrayed by Scrap-Iron (who told Doctor Mindbender what had happened). Upon the recapture of Sgt. Slaughter, the creation is a success and Serpentor is born. As a result of Sun Tzu’s DNA being missing, Serpentor is very intolerant and overbearing. He issues most of his orders with the phrase “This I command!” He also shows some of Slaughter’s willingness to lead from the front lines, in contrast to Cobra Commander. Mere moments after his creation and being given his distinctive costume, he accepts a challenge from Slaughter, and the two battle throughout the Terror Drome, where Serpentor shows off the strength he inherited from Slaughter’s DNA during the fight. However, without the methodical Sun Tzu’s influence, Serpentor is also prone to impulsiveness, as shown in his first major act—leading Cobra in an attack upon Washington, D.C. He succeeded in capturing the city and demanded the surrender of the President (who was out of town with the Vice-President at the time), Congress and G.I. Joe. G.I. Joe manages a counterattack on Cobra, turning the operation into a complete fiasco, but just as the Joes are about to capture Serpentor, a sudden burst of fire drives them back. It comes from Cobra Commander, who convinced Mindbender to free him, because he knew how to use a weapon. Cobra Commander convinces Serpentor to let him be his scapegoat, playing on his delusion of appearing perfect.
A later episode, “My Favorite Things”, reveals that Serpentor can assume the facial features of those whose DNA are included in his genetic composition. In addition, a few more donors to Serpentor’s creation are revealed: a Viking warrior known as “Ulrik the Batterer”, and the reptilian king “Takshaka” from Indian mythology. Throughout season 2, Cobra Commander attempts several times to kill Serpentor through different plots.

Fatal Fluffy
At first glance, the creatures known as “Fatal Fluffies” may appear deceptively cute and harmless. However, their name becomes more understandable after a deeper exploration of their true nature. Genetically engineered by Cobra, these creatures are designed to look innocuous, but they are far more than they seem. When triggered by a special whistle, their true forms reveal themselves: towering, horned, fur-covered beings with immense strength, capable of overpowering multiple individuals with ease. While the exact identities of the designers remain unclear, it is speculated that Zartan, with his expertise in manipulation and control, may have had a role in their creation.

GI Joe Super7 Target Listings
The last Target listings we got, said ” O-Ring” in the description, so we are leaning toward ReAction. The price point of $20.49 does not give us a hint either, as ReAction and O-Ring will be listed at about that price as well. As soon as we find out, we will be sure to update you. But in the meantime, let’s take a look at what we know those far for the new Retro figures and the Fatal Fluffies. We don’t yet know what the “GI Joe Suoper7 Joe Master” and “GI Joe Super7 Cobra Master” are referring to, but we will try to get more information, so stay tuned.
