The Wave 3 GI Joe ReAction+ Super7 O-Ring figure assortment was revealed in full retro plastic at back at Toy Fair 2025, and now we have them in hand for this very cool in hand review. We bought them from Super7.com who has them in stock now, and are also now up for preorder on Fan channels. This figure assortment consists of Snake Eyes (Cartoon), Cobra Commander (Arctic), Wild Bill (Cartoon), and Zartan (Cold Slither). We had a blast photographing these guys, so let’s check out the Wave 3 GI Joe ReAction+ Super7 O-Ring in hand images by both Michael and The Toy Sorceress, so sit back and enjoy!

Wild Bill (Cartoon)

Let’s start out with Wild Bill, as he is my fav of the wave! Wild Bill is a welcome addition to the line as he sports his orange and blue look from the cartoon! He comes with his pistol and a comms device! Taking a look at his card back, his art is inspired by his look on the Sunbow cartoon. The card back is nice and thick and includes the white piping around the edges.

Wild Bill from the front and back. You can see he is wearing his orange vest, blue jumpsuit, cool shades and his signature cowboy hat. He is his six shooter and a coms device he wears strapped around his shoulder.

And if you are wondering if Wild Bill fits into the Dragon Fly, he does, but it is a little snug.

Zartan (Cold Slither)

Cold Slither Zartan has fiery red hair, a black vest, and some outrageous yellow pants! He comes with a guitar and a mic and we hope the rest of the band will be joining him soon! The card back features all new artwork with Cold Slither Zartan rocking out! You can also see his full file card on the back.

You will notice this also says “UV Color Changing Skin”, and yes we did try it out! His skin turned a little blue but a little hard to make it, but it did work.

Snake Eyes (Cartoon)

We get yet another Snake Eyes, but this time it’s the v2 Cartoon version. Snake Eyes deco is a dark blue version of the figure as he was seen in the GI Joe cartoon. He has gray paint accents and he comes with a sword.

He poses very nicely and comes with his signature ninja sword!

Cobra Commander (Arctic)

Another varient of CoCo, he is decked out in a white parka that extends down to his thighs. He comes with a blaster and he has the cool white stripe on his helmet. You can see his cool unique artwork in his arctic gear on the front and full file card on the back.
