Wave 3 GI Joe ReAction+ Super7 O-Ring Toy Fair 2025 Reveal
The Wave 3 GI Joe ReAction+ Super7 O-Ring figure assortment was revealed in full retro plastic at Toy Fair 2025. We got an early reveal of the Wave 3 figure assortment when Cold Slither Zartan was announced. This figure assortment consists of Snake Eyes (Cartoon), Cobra Commander (Arctic), Wild Bill (Cartoon), and Zartan (Cold Slither).

Snake Eyes (Cartoon)
Snake Eyes deco is a dark blue version of the figure as he was seen in the GI Joe cartoon. He has gray paint accents and he comes with a sword.
Zartan (Cold Slither)
Cold Slither Zartan has fiery red hair, a black vest, and some outrageous yellow pants! He comes with a guitar and a mic and we hope the rest of the band will be joining him soon!
Cobra Commander (Arctic)
Another varient of CoCo, he is decked out in a white parka that extends down to his thighs. He comes with a blaster and he has the cool white stripe on his helmet.
Wild Bill (Cartoon)
Wild Bill is a welcome addition to the line as he sports his orange and blue look from the cartoon! He comes with his pistol and a comms device!
Wave 3 Tease
With the reveal of the Super7 GI Joe ReAction+ Cold Slither Zartan, we also got a peek at his card back, which reveals the next figures in the Wave 3 assortment! According to the visuals, we are getting yet another version of Snake Eyes (Cartoon), Cobra Comander (Arctic), Wild Bill (Cartoon), and Zartan (Cold Slither). Aside from the Snake Eyes and CoCo variants, this wave is looking pretty good with adding Wild Bill and a unique version of Zartan!
Super7 ReAction+ Cold Slither Zartan
