We first got a look at the lineup when details surfaced for Wave 6 of the MOTU Origins 200x Cartoon Collection, and now WSI Toys has the set up on eBay, giving us our first in-hand images of Trap Jaw, Sy-Klone, and Sorceress in all their 200x glory. Seeing these three in-packaging really lets you appreciate how well the Origins format translates the MYP aesthetic, and each figure in this wave brings something different to the table. Trap Jaw looks fantastic with that updated 200x design, leaning into the more menacing, tech-heavy look he sported in the 2002 series, which always gave him a bit more edge compared to his vintage counterpart. Sy-Klone is one I’m particularly excited about because his 200x redesign was such a dramatic departure from the original, trading in the simple Heroic Warrior look for something far more mystical and visually complex, and it’ll be interesting to see how all that detail holds up at Origins scale. Then there’s Sorceress, who rounds out the wave beautifully and continues to fill in the ranks of the heroic side with one of the most important characters in all of Eternia’s lore. If you’ve been collecting this 200x Cartoon Collection line, this wave feels like another strong push forward, and the fact that these are already showing up through sellers like WSI Toys means they shouldn’t be too far out from wider availability. Can’t wait to see how these look lined up next to the rest of the 200x crew.
In-Package Images
All three Wave 6 MOTU Origins 200x Cartoon Collection figures lined up together in-package, with Trap Jaw, Sy-Klone, and Sorceress each sharing the same Castle Grayskull tower card art that ties the wave together visually. Sy-Klone’s bold yellow and red really pops between Trap Jaw’s cooler blue-green palette and Sorceress’s white and gold.

The packaging gives a clear view of Sorceress packed alongside her staff, which sits nestled in the blister tray with its sculpted detail on full display. Her wings are tucked behind her but spread just enough in the tray to show off their layered feather sculpting, and they look great framed against the Castle Grayskull artwork on the card back.

The back of the card features a gorgeous illustration of Sorceress with her wings fully spread, hovering at the center of a standoff between He-Man, Man-At-Arms, and Teela on one side and Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, and Beast Man on the other. The bottom of the card shows photos of the other figures in the wave, including Trap Jaw, Sy-Klone, and Sorceress equipped with her staff.

Sy-Klone’s in-package presentation gives a solid first look at his 200x design, with his bold blue and yellow color scheme, red armor plating across the chest and shoulders, and the distinctive horned helmet all reading clearly through the blister. His shield is packed alongside him in the tray, its circular sculpt and raised detailing easy to make out.

The back of Sy-Klone’s card features a fantastic piece of art showing him unleashing a blast of blue energy at Beast Man, who is mounted on a griffin swooping in from above. He-Man and Skeletor are also worked into the scene, with a small inset photo near the bottom demonstrating how the shield attaches to the figure.

Trap Jaw’s 200x design makes a strong first impression here, with the green skin, blue mechanical arm, and that oversized claw attachment all clearly packed in the blister tray. The claw has real heft to its sculpt, with sharp curved pincers and layered mechanical detailing running up the forearm.

The card back artwork depicts Trap Jaw and Stratos fighting back to back inside an icy cave, surrounded by snarling white creatures closing in from all sides, a great nod to the episode “Trust.” The color palette leans heavily into cold blues and whites, with the two characters’ darker armor and mechanical details providing strong contrast against the frozen environment.
