Update: 200x MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Wave 5 Preorder
We’ve been keeping an eye on this one and it’s incredibly satisfying to see it all come together in full color. Back in October 2025, we dug into pricing data and assortment clues that pointed to a potential Wave 5 lineup for the 200x MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection, and now, thanks to @damienristori on Instagram, we have official images of the figures via The Whole Shebang website that confirm what we suspected all along. Wave 5 is shaping up to include Buzz-Off, Webstor, and Keldor, three characters that carry serious weight in the 200x era of Masters of the Universe, and seeing them rendered in Origins form with that distinct Mike Young Productions styling is exactly the kind of thing that keeps this line feeling fresh and exciting wave after wave. Going from early intel to official confirmation like this is exactly why we stay patient when the puzzle pieces don’t quite fit at first, because eventually the full picture reveals itself and it’s almost always worth the wait. Buzz-Off and Webstor are characters that looked phenomenal in the 200x redesigns, with Buzz-Off’s more insectoid warrior aesthetic and Webstor’s sleeker, more menacing take both standing out as some of the best updates that era produced, so getting them in this line feels like a real win. And then there’s Keldor, who needs no introduction for anyone who followed the 200x storyline and its deep dive into the origins of Skeletor, making him a figure collectors have been hoping to see surface in this exact format. Official images and preorders are now live on all online retailers!

Buzz-Off
The card art features Castle Grayskull’s stone facade flanked by massive green fists, set against a fiery orange and red sky. Buzz-Off sits in a clear plastic blister against the illustrated backdrop, with his wings and brown armor framing nicely against the card’s warm tones.

Buzz Off has his striped yellow and brown chest armor and cream-colored limbs on full display, alongside a tall staff featuring a double-bladed axe head and a ringed accent near the shaft’s center. His head sculpt has a sharp insectoid look with teal compound eyes, a pronounced beak-like mouth, and two pointed horn-like protrusions flanking a central crest.

The brown belt has a small teal accent at the buckle that echoes the color of his eyes, a nice little design choice that ties the deco together. His feet have a sculpted three-toed claw design with brown detailing that carries the insect-hybrid look all the way down.

Buzz Off holds the double-bladed axe staff across his chest in a wide grip, with the four wings spread out behind him creating an impressive wingspan. That head sculpt looks a little derpy but the overall proportions between the insect and humanoid elements work well together.

Buzz Off is posed mid-flight with both feet off the ground, giving a good sense of how the figure looks with the wings fully spread and the staff held vertically. The sculpted brown armor pieces on his shoulders and collar have a segmented, chitinous texture that reads well from this distance.

From the back, Buzz Off’s translucent yellow wings extend down past the knees, with fine vein-like sculpted lines running through the plastic that give them a convincing insectoid quality. The brown and tan color split carries cleanly across the torso and legs, with the segmented abdomen and two small antennae on the head rounding out the insect anatomy.

Keldor
The card art for Keldor features the same Castle Grayskull stone fists and fiery sky backdrop, with his blue-skinned figure seated in the blister wearing dark purple armor, a flowing black cape, and a skirted lower half. The orange and purple power swords with ram;s head crossguard sits alongside him in the tray.

Two swords are displayed alongside Keldor, each sharing the same curved blade and represent two halves of the Power Sword. His belt features a skull-faced buckle that matches the smaller skull motifs sculpted into the knee armor, tying the whole villain aesthetic together.

Keldor looks cool as he grips both swords, with the contrasting hilts and curved blades creating a nice dual-wield display. The dark purple loincloth hangs with sculpted pointed tips along the bottom edge as the figure has a cool palette, which is a sharp contrast to the rest of the figures in the wave.

His chest harness has a pink gem at the center of a four-pointed metal clasp, and the greaves on his lower legs have a nice level of sculpted detail with rivets and plating.

From behind, Keldor’s cape has a glossy, almost liquid sheen to the purple plastic, with deeply sculpted folds and draping that give it real weight and flow. The spiked shoulder armor peeks out from beneath the cape’s collar, and the pale blue skin of his arms contrasts sharply against the dark purple.

Webstor
The card art uses the same Castle Grayskull stone fists and fiery sky composition, with Webstor 200x seated in the clear blister, his four curved back appendages packed tightly behind him in the tray. A dark fur-like loincloth hangs from beneath the red belt, with sculpted texture that reads as coarse and fibrous even through the packaging.

The render gives a clear look at the overall proportions, with the upper pair of arms extending well above the head and the lower pair sitting at waist level. The chest armor has a darker navy tone compared to the lighter lavender of the skin, creating a two-tone split that defines the torso.

Webstor 200x is covered head to toe in a deep purple with four massive curved blade-like appendages extending from his back, giving him a distinctly arachnid silhouette. Red accents on his belt, wrist cuffs, and knee guards pop against the purple, and the chest emblem features a bold yellow and red starburst design.

Webstor 200x has a menacing head sculpt with multiple small red eyes, prominent white fangs protruding from the jaw, and a hooded, almost beetle-like crest that blends into the upper back where those blade appendages connect. His feet are sculpted with clawed, digitigrade toes that match the sharp-clawed hands on all four arms, really committing to the monstrous design top to bottom.

The four back appendages fan out wide here, with each one tapering to a sharp hooked tip and featuring subtle segmented sculpting along the length that sells the organic, chitinous feel. The loincloth hangs with individually sculpted tattered strips that have a ragged, uneven edge, and his lower pair of arms tuck in close to the waist with their clawed fingers curled inward.

From the rear, the deep purple skin carries a smooth, consistent finish across the back and legs, with the four appendages curving outward symmetrically from a shared connection point just below the hooded crest. The red knee guards have a ribbed, layered texture that catches the light nicely, matching the belt’s glossy red sheen.
