Who ya gonna call? Hasbro brought the heat to SDCC 2026 with an amazing Kenner Classics display dedicated to The Real Ghostbusters, and boy are we thrilled to share these booth images with you! There’s something really special about seeing vintage Kenner Ghostbusters toys displayed right alongside the new Kenner Classics products, because it really highlights just how faithful this line has been to those originals we all grew up loving. The booth featured the latest Ecto Glow series of products looking super exciting under the convention lights, and we also got a great look at the recently revealed Janine and Louis Tully 2 pack, which I just love because those are exactly the kind of deep cut characters that make this line so much fun for longtime fans. Hasbro continues to knock it out of the park with the Kenner Classics brand, and seeing them celebrate the legacy of the original toyline like this at San Diego Comic-Con is incredible. So let’s take a look at The Real Ghostbusters Kenner Classics SDCC 2026 Hasbro booth images!

Enjoy a short video tour of the booth display below:

Here’s a closer look at the sheer breadth of the Kenner Classics and vintage Kenner lineup packed into this section of the booth, with vintage roleplay items like the Ecto-Charger Pack, Nutrona Blaster, and Ecto-Goggles with Ecto-Popper all displayed across the top shelf in their original purple and blue boxes featuring live-action kid photography. The lower shelves are stacked deep with vintage vehicles like the Ecto-Bomber, Ghost Sweeper, Ecto-3, Ecto-500, Ecto-2, and the iconic Ecto-1 box, while the bottom row features the new Ecto Glow Ecto-1 and Glow Copter vehicles alongside the Classic Ghost multi-pack, and that row of Gobblin’ Goblins boxes in their hot pink packaging adds a wild splash of color to the middle of the case.

You can see how the full display case comes together from this vantage point, with the upper shelf lined with boxed vehicles like the Ecto-Bomber, Ghost Sweeper, Ecto-3, Ecto-500, and Ecto-2 flanking the carded figures, while the lower half spreads out the loose Ecto Glow products, the Ecto-1 vehicle, and Stay-Puft alongside their respective packaging. What really catches my eye are the concept art sheets and character model drawings pinned to the right side of the case, adding a layer of behind-the-scenes production history that ties the whole booth together beyond just the toys themselves.

Something I appreciate here is how the recently revealed Ecto-Plazms containers are grouped together on the right side of the display, those squat little tubs in pink, green, and purple each hiding a small translucent ghost figure inside, with a whole army of freed mini ghosts lined up in front of them in yellow, green, orange, and blue. The Janine Melnitz and Louis Tully 40th Anniversary two-pack box sits just behind them with its pink-accented packaging showcasing illustrated artwork of both characters in their jumpsuits, while the Ecto Glow Ecto-1 takes center stage with its white body, green diagonal stripes, and that screaming ghost figure erupting from the driver’s seat alongside a grinning Stay-Puft riding shotgun.

Here’s a great look at the full Ecto Glow lineup spread out together, with the four Ghostbusters figures in their glow-in-the-dark jumpsuits each sporting different color accents, from Peter’s pink highlights to Egon’s green, and their companion ghosts scattered at their feet in translucent yellow and white plastic. The Ecto-1 vehicle is the real centerpiece here, finished in white with green racing stripes and those bold pink tailfins, while a glow-in-the-dark Slimer with his wide-open magenta mouth bursts out of the roof hatch, and the Classic Ghost multi-pack to the right shows off the Stay-Puft variants with their food-splattered aprons and scattered pizza slice accessories.

Stay-Puft stands front and center outside his packaging, and you can really appreciate the glow-in-the-dark plastic up close, with his blue apron trim, pink neckerchief, and that dopey grin all sculpted with faithful Kenner charm. The Glow Copter vehicle set is displayed to his right with its red and yellow buggy, yellow rotor accessory, and the included Ecto-Glow Louis Tully figure in his orange and blue jumpsuit holding a capture cord attached to the small Meanie Weenie ghost, whose glowing green eyes are a great little detail, while scattered food accessories like a pizza, drumstick, and steak sit at Stay-Puft’s feet next to a partially visible Ecto-1 on the left.

Here’s a fun shot of the vintage Firehouse Headquarters playset serving as the centerpiece of this loose figure diorama, with its multi-level layout, fireman’s pole, and that little Ghostbusters sign on the storefront all intact and looking great for a vintage piece. Scattered around it are a ton of loose accessories and companion ghosts, including what looks like a pizza slice, a skeleton figure trapped in a red container, and a green Slimer figure crawling along the ground floor, while the Ecto-1 vehicle sits nearby loaded up with a few of the team ready to roll out.

Here’s a nice angle that really lets you see the scale of the Firehouse Headquarters playset relative to the Ecto-1 and the surrounding figures, with the whole ground-floor scene feeling like a chaotic bust in progress as team members scramble around loose food accessories and companion ghosts. I noticed that the vintage line art character sheet pinned up behind the display shows what appears to be full-body turnarounds of the four Ghostbusters in their jumpsuits, a cool production artifact that grounds all the toys in front of it in the show’s original design work.

The rooftop level of the Firehouse Headquarters is loaded with fun details I didn’t get to appreciate from the wider shot, including a translucent blue ghost figure, a small dark creature perched near what looks like a red trap, and the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man towering over everything with his sailor outfit and cheerful grin. Down on the second floor, a bright green Slimer figure clings to the railing next to a translucent orange ghost, while a pink Ghost with bulging green eyes peers out from the level below, and one of the Ghostbusters stands at ground level geared up near the base of the fireman’s pole.

Three retro-style TV monitors are stacked on top of each other, each displaying different animation stills from the cartoon series, from the no-ghost logo at the top to the four Ghostbusters firing their proton packs in the middle, to a laughing Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man on the bottom set. It’s cool to see how they’ve used these as a backdrop for the loose figures scattered around the base, including a bright green Slimer mid-leap, the Ecto-1 vehicle with figures loaded in, and what appears to be character model sheets and Ecto-1 design blueprints pinned to the blue wall behind everything, tying the whole display back to the show’s production history.

It’s nice to see the rooftop diorama from this closer perspective, where the Granny Gross figure in her purple dress, red hat, and orange spectacles shares the space with a pink-jumpsuited Janine Melnitz squaring off against a cheerful Stay-Puft, while scattered translucent ghost figures in teal and black creep across the rooftop tiles. The big red trap container sitting in the middle of the action ties the whole scene together, and those tiny green ghost accessories spilling across the surface add a playful sense of chaos to the vignette.

Clad in a dark green jumpsuit with lighter green accents at the collar and sleeves, this loose newly revealed Louis Tully figure has a great little headsculpt with sculpted black-rimmed glasses and neatly parted dark hair that nail his nerdy on-screen persona. A blue proton pack sits snugly on his back with a yellow hose running down to the matching blue neutrona blaster, while Winston Zeddemore in his pale green Ecto Glow jumpsuit stands just behind him geared up with his own blue equipment.

The newly revealed Janine Melnitz looks fantastic in her pink jumpsuit with dark green boots, belt, and proton pack straps creating a sharp color contrast against that softer base color. Her bright red hair and teal ecto-goggles pushed up on her forehead are great details, and you can see a couple of translucent ghost figures nearby, including a green Slimer-like worm ghost and a blue squat ghost with swirling hypnotic eyes, while Stay-Puft looms large behind her.

The vinatge Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man plush is a showstopper here, still sitting in its original Kenner box with that soft white fabric body, navy blue sailor collar, and bright red bow tie looking remarkably well preserved. Surrounding him is a fun mix of vintage loose pieces, including what appears to be a purple Bug-Eye Ghost crouching low with its single oversized green eyeball, alongside a partial view of the Ecto-1 vehicle and a couple of action figures from other ’80s toy lines.

I like how this wider angle lets you take in the full spread of Fright Features cards across the shelf, with Peter Venkman in his grey jumpsuit, Ray Stantz in bright orange, Egon Spengler, and Winston Zeddemore all lined up together, each paired with their respective companion ghost tucked into those yellow-tinted blisters.

Here’s a closer look at the Fright Features cards for Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore, both sealed in their original yellow-tinted blisters with their companion ghosts packed alongside them. The vintage Water Zapper box below adds a fun layer of vintage depth to the display, while a loose Quasimodo ghost figure stands off to the side with its tattered white cloth accessory still intact.

The vintage Play-Doh playset box is a real nostalgia bomb, featuring cartoon artwork of the Ecto-1 tearing through the streets with Peter Venkman firing from the roof turret and Egon behind the wheel, all rendered in that classic late-’80s Kenner illustration style. You can see several carded figures lined up behind it, including what looks like Peter Venkman and Ray Stantz in their Fright Features packaging, alongside the Quasimodo ghost figure positioned next to the partially obscured Water Zapper box.

Slimer absolutely dominates this section of the display, with that massive wide-open mouth, pink tongue, and bright yellow eyes sculpted to perfectly capture his animated series look. You can see production art sheets from the DIC-era cartoon laid out beneath him, along with a vintage “This Room Protected By The Real Ghostbusters” door sign that’s a deep-cut piece of merchandising history.

The Green Ghost plush sits inside its purple window box, with that wide open mouth, dangling pink tongue, and bulging yellow eyes giving it all the goofy charm of the original Kenner release. Sitting alongside a carded Egon Spengler figure from the Ecto Glow series, it’s a great snapshot of how Hasbro is mixing vintage Kenner pieces with new Kenner Classics product in this booth display.
