Feast your eyes on Akuma in all his Satsui no Hadou glory, rendered with the kind of muscular definition captures exactly why this character has been a fan-favorite boss and anti-hero since his debut, and the official images really showcase his potential with full articulation that lets you nail everything from his iconic crossed-arm stance to deep, wide power stances mid-Messatsu Gohado. The package includes 2 interchangeable head sculpts, letting you swap between expressions to match whatever scene you are building on your shelf, along with 3 pairs of hands that give you options for open palm strikes, fists, and effect-holding grips, and speaking of effects, those Messatsu Gohado parts look absolutely killer when mounted and paired with the right hand and head combo for a full-on special move display. What really caught my eye is the inclusion of both the alternate Akuma Gi and Heaven Gi outfits, giving you essentially two distinct looks for one figure, which is the kind of flexibility that makes a release like this punch way above its weight class (pun intended!). The figure is currently available for preorder over at BigBadToyStore with a ship date set for Q4 2026.

This promotional composite shows Akuma from two different angles alongside smaller inset images on the right side that display included accessories such as alternate interchangeable hands and what appears to be a translucent purple Messatsu Gohado effect effect piece for recreating his signature projectile attack.

Posed in a wide stance with his fingers extended in a striking gesture, Akuma cuts a fierce look his tattered blue gi, which features detailed fabric texture across the torso and pants. His signature red spiked hair, large prayer bead necklace, and brown rope belt are all clearly visible, along with dark brown wrist wraps on both arms. The torn sleeves of the gi expose his bare arms and chest, while the sculpted scowl on his face captures his iconic expression.

With his fists clenched and legs spread in a powerful horse stance, Akuma is posed here with an alternate set of closed-fist hands that give him a different feel from the open-fingered striking pose. His bare feet show individually sculpted toes gripping the ground, and the articulation at the knees and hips allows for a deep, low crouch.

Shown in a low crouching stance with his arms crossed at the forearms, Akuma is posed here with yet another set of alternate hands featuring a flat, open-palm configuration suited for blocking or defensive techniques. The figure has a range of posing possibilities available and the articulation accommodating a deep squat where both knees are sharply bent and the rear foot is nearly flat against the surface.

Captured mid-leap with one fist drawn back and the other arm extended forward, Akuma is shown airborne in a jumping punch pose that showcases the figure’s ability to hold aerial positions. The sandal straps on his feet and the individual bead sculpting on his necklace are visible even at this angle, and the blue gi fabric texture remains consistent across all visible surfaces of the outfit.

Akuma’s face sculpt features including the deep-set brow ridges, angular jawline, and the “ten” kanji symbol sculpted atop his hair. The individual beads of the necklace show smooth, rounded sculpting with visible separation between each one.

A close-up framing from a slightly lower angle emphasizes the intensity of Akuma’s red eyes and bared teeth, with the sculpted gum line and individual teeth visible in his snarling expression. The brown wrist wraps show layered, overlapping sculpt detail with visible folds where they cinch around his forearms.

Viewed from the rear, Akuma displays the large red “ten” kanji printed on the back of his gi, serving as one of the character’s most recognizable visual elements. The prayer beads are visible wrapping around from the front to the back of his neck, and the rope belt tied at his waist shows a knotted detail at the center of his lower back.

The asymmetrical tears along the back hem and shoulder line of the gi have frayed edges appearing uniquely shaped rather than uniformly cut. The topknot of red flame-shaped hair is visible from behind, revealing how the sculpted strands flare outward from a central gathered point secured by a small dark band.
