Remember what is like to dress up for Halloween as a kid? We would put on plastic masks and cheap paper thin vinyl costumes of our favorite characters! Well, now NECA and Ben Cooper have teamed up to come up with these incredible new toy line of Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection! Wave 5 of Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection is now up for preorder and they are selling out fast! We have all the links where you can find these, so let’s take a look at these super nostalgic Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection DC themed figures!
So you remember when we were kids, we used to use either plastic pumpkins, bags or pillowcases to hold our Halloween candy loot! The amazing thing about this wave is that they come pillowcases of a real life Super Friends pillowcase that was released in 1977! Not only that, I had this very same Super Friends pillowcase as a child, and I still have that same pillowcase to this day! I cherish it, so when I saw that it came with some of these new Costume kids, I was sold immediately!

DC Comics is widely known for publishing memorable comics of heroic characters such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and many more. With a deep collection of characters under the company’s belt, DC Comics has expanded to other media forms like film and video games, along with a never ending collection of toys and collectibles based of the companies famous heroes and villains.
Batman
Batman comes packaged in a beautiful retro style window box. There is a Batman and Superman illustrated on the front and sides of the box. You can see his Super Friends pillowcase packaged behind him in the box.
Here you can see the Batman figure and he comes with the classic Batman soft goods costume. The back of the box features cross sell of all the figures in the wave with classic DC retro styling.
Batgirl
Batgirl also comes packaged in the same type a beautiful retro style window box. There is a Batgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Woman illustrated on the front of the box. Does that mean we are getting Supergirl in a future wave? And another Batgirl on the side. You can see her Super Friends pillowcase packaged behind her in the box.
Here you can see the Batgirl figure and she comes with the classic Batgirl soft goods costume. The back of the box features cross sell of all the figures in the wave with classic DC retro styling.
Joker
Our first and only villian in this wave is Joker. He comes packaged in a similar retro style window box labeled “Super Villain”. There is a Joker and Cat Woman illustrated on the front and sides of the box. Does that mean we are getting Supergirl in a future wave? You can see his Super Villains pillowcase packaged behind him in the box.
Here you can see the Joker figure and he comes with the classic Joker soft goods costume with his face on it! It looks so 1980’s! You can also see his Super Villains pillowcase!
Superman
Batman comes packaged in the same style beautiful retro style window box. There is a Batman and Superman illustrated on the front and sides of the box. You can see his Super Friends pillowcase packaged behind him in the box.
Here you can see the Superman figure and he comes with the classic Superman soft goods costume with a nice big red “S” on his chest. You can see his Super Friends pillowcase he comes packed with!
Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman comes packaged in the same style beautiful retro style window box. There is a Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Batgirl illustrated on the front and sides of the box. You can see his Super Friends pillowcase packaged behind her in the box.

NYC Comic Con 2024 Reveal
The latest wave of Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection was on display at the NECA booth at New York Comic Con 2024! This new figure line has been taking the collecting world by storm and previous waves are selling out fast! This latest series 5 brings us classic DC Super Heroes which include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Joker and Bat Girl! Dressed in a plastic mask and soft goods costume, these new Costume Kids will bring back all those nostalgic days of Tricks or Treats!
